1. Złoty medal dla pana Dawida z recepcji - właściwy człowiek na właściwym miejscu! Pomocny, życzliwy i otwarty.
2. Pokój przyjemny, cichy (na tym mi bardzo zależało). Łazienka nowiutka. Można poprosić o czajnik elektryczny do pokoju.
3. Smaczne śniadania w kameralnej atmosferze.
4. Hotel raczej dla starszych osób, w obiekcie sporo kuracjuszy, dzięki czemu jest spokój i cisza. Lokalizacja tuż przy głównym deptaku i parku zdrojowym.
To drobiazg, ale może warto rozważyć bardziej zróżnicowane śniadania.
Czysta pościel, wygodne łóżko, duża łazienka
Brak żelu do mycia, brak szamponu
Ogólnie wszystko oceniam bardzo dobrze. Jedynie to polecam przy rezerwacji pokoju zarezerwować też miejsce na parkingu (jeśli przyjeżdżasz autem). Nie zostaliśmy poinformowani i był mały problem z parkingiem. Finalnie wszystko skończyło się dobrze. Cała reszta ok

Docela drahé
Lokalizacja super a śniadaniem byłam mile zaskoczona. Wszystko było smaczne ,duży wybór i bardzo elegancko.
Byłam jedynie zaskoczona brakiem czajnika w pokoju, z czym się nigdy jeszcze nie spotkałam. Nawet w niższej klasy hotelach zawsze był do dyspozycji czajnik. Wieczorem zażywam leki i trzeba popić je wodą, a ta oferowana na korytarzu z dystrybutora była lodowata. Po ciepłą wodę musiałam udać się do restauracji i przynieść ją do pokoju. Bardzo niewygodne.
Świetna lokalizacja przy Parku Zdrojowym. Przyjazna obsługa gości. Wygodny i czysty pokój. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Miły ogródek restauracyjny i wygodny choć płatny parking hotelowy.
Przydałoby się lepsze zarządzanie parkingiem hotelowym. Np. przypisywanie nr miejsca na parkingu do nr rejestracyjnego, oznaczenie pilota nr miejsca parkingowego. Zmniejszy się ryzyko pomyłek i zajmowania przez gości cudzych miejsc, co nam akurat się zdarzyło.

Nocleg w drodze do Czech. Hotel świetnie położony, bo przy głównym deptaku. Bardzo ładnie urządzone wnętrze, Fajna restauracja, Sam pokój bez specjalnych wygód. Łóżka wygodne. Śniadanie OK.
W jednej z opinii ktoś zwrócił uwagę na zapach papierosów, faktycznie coś w tym jest.
