Pros:

Très bon accueil du réceptionniste, qui a été de très bon conseil pour les visites dans la région, mention spéciale pour la propreté et la qualité des chambres et très beau SPA . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter .

Tolles familiäres und professionell geführtes Hotel mit sehr gutem Restaurant. Wunderschöne Lage inmitten der Weinberge am Kaiserstuhl. Sehr freundliches und stets hilfsbereites Personal.

Positiv: Spa-Bereich modern und gepflegt, Frühstück gut.

Cons:

Negativ: Zimmer Nr. 40 („Classic“) in deutlich unterdurchschnittlichem Zustand. Veraltete Ausstattung, sichtbare Verschmutzungen und ein klarer Instandhaltungsstau. Duschkopf stark verkalkt und nur eingeschränkt nutzbar.
Ein Vorfall mit dem Zimmerservice (Türöffnung ohne Anklopfen) war nicht akzeptabel.
Vor Ort wurde bestätigt, dass es mit diesem Zimmer bereits häufiger Probleme gibt. Dennoch wird es weiterhin so vermietet.
Der gewährte Nachlass von 10 % ändert nichts am Gesamteindruck.
Zusätzlich entsteht der Eindruck, dass Gäste über Buchungsplattformen eher mit diesen Zimmern belegt werden.
Fazit: Sehr guter Spa-Bereich, jedoch erhebliche Defizite im Zimmerbereich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist aus unserer Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt.
