Betten unerträglich hart, Service lieblos, Frühstück und Personal gut.
Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral, das Frühstück ist vielseitig, das war Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer für drei Erwachsene gebucht.
Unser Sohn ist 26, 1,85 groß und bekam ein kurzes Kinderbett mit Metallstreben, das auch noch seitlich abschüssig war, sodass er aus dem "Bett" zu fallen drohte.
Er schlief 2 Nächte auf dem Boden.
Die Matratzen waren so unterirdisch hart, dass ich die halbe Nacht heulend im Bett saß. Ich habe keine Bandscheibenprobleme!
Das Bett schien einen abstoßen zu wollen.
Letztendlich holten wir Decken aus dem Auto, legten uns auf die Zudecke, und polsterten alles mit Kissen.
Das waren die beiden schlimmsten Nächte meines Lebens und ich bin uralt (65) und habe einiges mitgemacht. Selbst mein Mann, der sonst gerne hart schläft, meinte, dass er noch nie so ungemütlich geschlafen hat. Auch das Kissen schien einen loswerden zu wollen. Wenn man 5 Min das Ohr darauf legte, versuchte es mit Sprungkraft gegen den Kopf zu drücken und mit Vehemenz gehen den Belästiger anzugehen, bis das Ohr schmerzte. Das Kissen schien zu rufen: "Geh weg!"
Wer erfindet so etwas?
Die Matratzen passen vielleicht für einen 1,60 cm Großen, der 40kg wiegt.
Ein Mitteleuropäer zwischen 1,85 und 2m mit 100 Kilo Gewicht presst das Kaltschaumgedöns so zusammen, dass die Matratze zum Brett wird.
Ich hatte zugesagt, keine Zimmerreinigung zu brauchen, aber ausdrücklich gewünscht bei zwei Nächten frische Handtücher zu bekommen, weil es heiß war uns wir duschen mussten. Es gab keine frischen Handtücher und sogar das Toilettenpapier ging aus.
Die Kaffeekapseln im Zimmer sind nett, waren aber nicht für drei Personen ausgelegt.
Das sonst tolle Frühstück beinhaltete Margarine und "Spar"butter.
Ein Zeug, das wie Butter aussieht, aber nach nichts schmeckt.
Das nur am Rande.
Ich hatte gebeten ein Zimmer zu bekommen, in denen vorher keine Hunde waren.
Auf diese Anfrage wurde gar nicht reagiert.
Der Parkplatz fürs Auto kostete 42 Euro für 2 Nächte.

Praktisches Hotel mit freundlichem Service
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Zimmer war groß. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt Parkhäuser in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Es fehlten Möbel im Zimmer, wodurch es kahl wirkte und keine Sitzmöglichkeit bot. Das Personal erklärte, dass neue Möbel bestellt wurden.

War sehr schön.
Pros:

Die Betten sehr gut. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und bequem. Umgebung des Hotels sehr ansprechend.

Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Lage zum Bahnhof und Innenstadt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 8.Stock mit schönem Ausblick. Zimmer groß.
Frühstück und Tiefgarage wurde nicht genutzt daher können wir es nicht bewerten.
