Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß, geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Ebenso das Bad mit abgeteiltem WC und Dusche war gut aufgeteilt. Hatte überraschend einen kleinen Tresen mit Miniküche dabei.

Cons:

Leider haben die Zimmerkarten auch nach mehrmaligem Erneuern nicht funktioniert. Außerdem funktionierten alle Fernbedienungen nicht, die Feuermelder waren abgebaut und das Duschgel alle.
Die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption wurde leider vom Betreiber mit den Problemen alleine gelassen.

Lage in der nähe von Stadtpark, es war Sommerfest in der Stadt sehr laut bis 23:00 Uhr danach aber gut.

Cons:

Ausfahrt aus Parkgarage umständlich. Nach einschalten von Chefin ohne Probleme.

Pros:

Nettes, sehr engagiertes Personal. Sehr schönes großes Zimmer, Hotel liegt sehr zentral und auch nah an der U-Bahn. Checkout bis 12 oder 14 Uhr sehr schön!

Cons:

Der Check - In hat sehr lange gedauert und es hat sich eine sehr lange Schlange gebildet.

Less fancy - Hotelübernahme in Fürth
Pros:

Zimmergröße, Sauberkeit, Lage und Preis sind optimal. TG-Einfahrt etwas eng, Parkplätze selbst groß genug. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und versucht die Probleme im Rahmen seiner Möglichkeiten zu lösen. Solange das Hotel unter der Leitung von NH war, waren wir hier Stammgäste (das Hotel war nie perfekt, aber alles hat gut funktioniert).

Cons:

Das Hotel wurde bisher von NH geführt, nun von Domero. Die "Anlaufschwierigkeiten" sind umfangreich. Handtuchwechsel klappt ebensowenig (und ist wohl auch nur bei Gästewechsel vorgesehen) wie die Einfahrt mit Fahrrädern in die TG (Gegensprechanlage funktioniert nicht/Personal kann Tor nicht öffnen). Um 23:30 ist die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt (darauf wurde NICHT hingewiesen), Zugang mit Karte zum Hotel nicht möglich. Man steht mitten in der Nacht vor verschlossenen Türen. Auf einem hingekritzelten Hinweis steht eine Telefonnummer (mit möglicher Wartezeit 30 Minuten) Hier wird einem erklärt, wie man die TG-Einfahrt austrickst, um ins Hotel zu kommen. Sollte man im Zimmer nicht gestört werden wollen, kann man ein Schild raushängen, dem zu entnehmen ist, dass man sturzbetrunken ist. Lustig!
