Vielen Dank zuallererst an Tobias Kammerer! Er ist an der Rezeption und einfach nur sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit & nimmt alle Anliegen ernst.
Top Personal somit im Dormero in Fürth.

Zimmer sind riesig, Lage ist toll in der Nähe vom Fürth Hbf und es gibt eine hauseigene Sauna, die man am Abend nach einem anstrengenden Tag nutzen kann, toll! Frühstück ebenso reichlich und lecker.

Preis-Leistung top & würde wiederkommen :)

Cons:

Leider gab es ein paar technische Schwierigkeiten, z. B. Warmwasser und Wasserdruck im Zimmer. Nachdem ich das aber gemeldet hatte, wurde mir direkt weitergeholfen.
Technische Fehler können immer passieren, ich fand es super, dass da das Dormero hilfsbereit war und wir eine Lösung gefunden haben.

Gutes Frühstück. Geräumiges Zimmer.

Cons:

Ja, etwas Straßenlärm. Im Zimmer war es zu warm – das Drehrädchen zum Einstellen war anscheinend ohne Funktion. Die Tiefgarage kostet extra 15 €. Am schlimmsten finde ich die Arroganz des Personals an der Rezeption. Trotz bezahlter Parkgebühr war die Ausfahrt gesperrt. Die Klärung hat mich unglaublich viel Wartezeit gekostet und ich habe nicht mal ein „Sorry“ gehört. Den Mitarbeitern ist die Kundenzufriedenheit anscheinend völlig egal. Sie arbeiten nach dem Motto: „Ich kriege eh meinen Stundenlohn, und je mehr ich quatsche und lache, desto näher ist der Feierabend.“

Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Beds are perfect, I had the best sleep. If you are looking for a place to stay, give this hotel a go.

Die Zimmergröße, die gute Lage und das freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Die Dusche konnte man nicht so richtig warm stellen und das Wasser kam eher dürftig heraus.

Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen
Sehr gutes Frühstück
Die Lage ist sehr Zentral zur Stadtmitte etwa 500m

Cons:

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen, für das Bett wären vielleicht getrennte Matrazen besser gewesen, aber ansonsten alles topp.
