Cons:

Die schlechte Bewertung kommt zustande, da ich nach zwei Monaten immer noch keine Rechnung erhalten habe.
Das Hotel ist weder per E-Mail noch telefonisch zu erreichen.

Trotz noch nicht geöffnet aber auf booking.com schon geführt, waren alle sehr bemüht obwohl gerade noch sehr sehr viel zu tun war!
War ein nettes Erlebnis und wir haben's sowie die Angestellten mit Humor genommen!
Wünsche dem Hotel alles Gute und falls wir wieder in der Gegend sind, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Die Lage ist super.

Das meiste war katastrophal, das schlimmste war die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, wir haben 4 Zimmer kennen gelernt.
Die überforderte und unprofessionelle Managerin reagierte unangemessen. Wir hätten schon hellhörig werden sollen, dass man als Erstes an der Rezeption bezahlen muss, bevor man das Zimmer sieht!!!! Große Mengen toter Insekten hinter dem Vorhang, gebrauchtes Papiertaschentuch unter dem Bett, kaputte Armatur am Waschbecken, es kam kein Wasser, im anderen Zimmer fehlte der Verschluß am Becken, sehr mutig hier kleine Teile abzuspülen, die Fenster und Jalousien waren seeehr schmutzig , teilweise Schimmel oder nur noch die Halterung vorhanden. Die versuchte Abhilfe bestand darin, dass uns 3 mal ein anderes Zimmer angeboten wurde, welches nach mehren Stunden Wartezeit fertig war, das war die Wahl zwischen Pest und Cholera. Als Entschuldigung bekamen wir jeder eine Getränk unserer Wahl, nichteinmal die Parkgebühr wurde uns erlassen.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß, geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Ebenso das Bad mit abgeteiltem WC und Dusche war gut aufgeteilt. Hatte überraschend einen kleinen Tresen mit Miniküche dabei.

Cons:

Leider haben die Zimmerkarten auch nach mehrmaligem Erneuern nicht funktioniert. Außerdem funktionierten alle Fernbedienungen nicht, die Feuermelder waren abgebaut und das Duschgel alle.
Die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption wurde leider vom Betreiber mit den Problemen alleine gelassen.
