I absolutely loved the hotel. As a setup it is perfect. Staff is incredibly nice, polite and just overall friendly and positive energy of the place and people made it a place I would definitely come back and stay again.
I really want to give this hotel a decent review because most of the people working there were very nice but the hotel was definitely not worth the money we paid.
Positives:
Room was nice and had a small outdoor patio
The soaps and shampoos provided are Aqua de Parma-loved it
Daily towel service and turn down service
Shuttle to the port area-at will
Negatives:
Breakfast was always the same and they may have not even made the salads they served fresh everyday
There were bees that were always there at breakfast making it uncomfortable
Service was very slow--i asked for milk with my coffee and they brought out only the coffee by the time the milk came out coffee was cold.
Shower had mildew in crevices
Safe did not work for 2 days--we had to leave valuables with front desk.
Service regarding the safe was cumbersome because it changed our plans and restricted us--eventually they switched out but don't know why they couldnt do that on day one.
Lighting in room was very dark making it hard to get ready in the evenings
Overrall it was okay--i wouldn't stay here again

Small hotel with a beautiful maintained pool. Rooms are self contained buildings in a crescent surrounding the hotel.

A calming experience in St Tropez away from the bustle of the busy port and old town areas. The staff are welcoming and most helpful at all times. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service which makes all the difference for guests. The environment is slick and modern with a sense of home which was a refreshing combination.
Sezz was a fantastic choice for our first trip to St Tropez. Can’t say enough great things about the service of the concierges Maxime and Yannick. Went above and beyond to make sure we got in all the spots on our list! The rooms are very nice and overall we found the vibe very relaxed in September. Highly recommend! Thanks so much!

I cannot praise the staff at this Sezz enough. I have been coming here for several years and they always make me feel at home. Max still knows the best places to eat!! The standard has not fallen one bit over the last 10 years. It still has the feel of an oasis and is the perfect place for relaxation. See you next year!
