Decent Central Hotel
Pros:

Excellent room layout, and good bathroom. Proper water pressure in showers. Staff friendly.

Cons:

Couple of gripes about a flickering light-bulb, and an air conditioning unit that sounded like the flight deck of an aircraft carrier, but otherwise nothing.

Grand Hotel Tralee the best ever!
Pros:

We had a wonderful time in the GRAND HOTEL TRALEE. From the minute I entered the hotel to make reservations I felt at home. Eileen understood and our requirements were met. The stay for the extended Reynolds families was exceptional... all the staff were so good at what they did and even though it was the days of the Rose of Tralee everything was perfect. Thanks to Mr Boyle Junior and Senior and every member of staff for your welcome kindness and hospitality and great food!
Forgive me if I mention Eileen again she surpassed our greatest expectations.
We may not have won the Rose of Tralee but we certainly were in the best place in town.

A must visit in Tralee
Pros:

Location 5 star and atmosphere the best Tralee had to offer.
As a regular visitor with continued high standards the Grand Hotel rarely has an off day.
Morning tea and scone is a must here either alone or with friends you won’t find better freshness and value. The staff always welcome you with attention and strive to give you the best table.
All doh it can be busy each table offers comfort and privacy within a gay atmosphere.
Sunday lunch is a must! Great portions and tasty. The food is so fresh.
Lastly if it’s a drink you want you need go nowhere else. Comfortable seating that offers an intimate experience.
All in all the grand has it all!! Morning tea effortlessly blends into lunch dinner and evening drinks.
Locals and visitors mingle warmly.
This place is your one stop for all your requirements.

Comfortable traditional style hotel in centre of provincial town. Nice town park nearby.
Pros:

Nice comfortable quiet room with a very good bathroom, shower. Nice traditional feel to the hotel. Great breakfast in very pleasant dining room.

Pros:

I was in room 221. Very nicely finished room and bathroom. Air conditioned room.
Breakfast was included and excellent.
Lovely olde world charm to entrance lobby, dinning and bar area.

Cons:

My room seemed to have a flat roof and I could hear the rain hoping off it.
There were seagulls squawking from 6am in the morning.

Nice hotel

Customer Service
Pros:

I had a fantastic experience here while attending CPC training. The service is excellent from start to finish, and everyone is incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Dick, the owner, Richard, his son, and Eileen their right-hand woman are all fantastic and go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Their friendly attitude, professionalism, and great customer service really stands out.
