Well worth the stay and such a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Great breakfast, clean room and excellent location. A very comfortable stay. The restaurant next door was also great.

Spacious rooms, great location
Pros:

Excellent restaurant and spacious room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Modern bathrooms, and overall very clean

Disappointing
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

No lift is terrible as there are several sets of stairs. Pillows awful. Shower not good as only fixed shower head….no handheld but most disappointed in food served in Bar. My husband got the burger & chips but burger wasn’t cooked….it was raw inside. When he told the waitress, she went to her Manager & she refunded him the difference between a single and double burger ..which was €3! He paid roughly €22 for a burger he didn’t eat.

Central location, excellent customer service, attentative hotel team, clean, good size rooms & facilities.
Pros:

Family room for 2 adults & 2 children consisted of a double bed & 2 single beds. Thankfully no roll out bed. Spacious room. Added bonus room had air conditioning.
Parking was available complimentary to us with a hotel pass displayed in windscreen of car.
Breakfast & dinner plentiful.
Above all, excellent customer service from arrival to departure.
