Pros:

Room size and seating area. Staff on reception very helpful. The French waiter at breakfast was excellent too.Food was excellent so well done the chefs.

Cons:

The maitre d grabbing too many people with two large groups and the writers could not cope, we were forgotten about as they were overwhelmed.
One waiter, tall dark hair in his 30s a particularly bad attitude, ignored us and appeared very lazy . Wish I knew his name as I would have put a formal complaint in about him, but guess the management know who he is , but choose to ignore ant criticism of him. If he worked in my restaurant I would have fired him long ago.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiten vor Ort waren super freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker.
Das Zimmer war schön ausgestattet, wie auf den Fotos. Einiges wirkt in die Jahre gekommen aber der Zustand ist gut.

Aber wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln, was uns zum Glück ermöglicht wurde. Gründe dazu bei den Negativen. Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf nach dem Zimmertausch.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Nacht das Zimmer "Delta" . Leider liegt dies der an der Lüftung von der Küche. Im Badezimmer war es kaum auszuhalten, Grundlärmpegel über 65db, lautes Brummen/Rauschen ( gemessen mit Handy App) . Dieser hat sich auch auf das Schlafzimmer übertragen.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Aber für uns nicht Bewohnbar, vor allem zu dem Preis.

Wie geschrieben, nachdem wir ein anderes Zimmer erhalten haben, welches auch schön war, hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Charming hotel with dire housekeeping arrangements.
Pros:

I stayed in this charming hotel 15 years ago and it has not lost any of its charm. A historic property and delightful piazza, which includes the restaurant attached to the hotel.

Cons:

Sadly the housekeeping arrangements were extremely poor. The room was barely attended to, certainly not cleaned, towels remained unchanged over the five days and the toilet paper ran out.
No water provided and despite there being a kettle there were no tea bags.
Very poor standard for such a potentially nice hotel.
A easy fix, I hope they can do it.

Great location, amazing breakfast
Pros:

Probably the best breakfast I have had in Montenegro, view from the higher rooms was stunning and location excellent.

Cons:

The hotel is a wee bit dated, shower kinda flooded bathroom and didn't drain, and Aircon made one hell of a noise at night.

Wonderful location in the old city. Close to the entrance so baggage not a problem.
Pros:

Lovely room. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast amazing!! Beautiful location. Would recommend this hotel.

המיקום בעיר העתיקה.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר מביישת את המקום. ארוחה ברמה של אכסניה ולא מלון שמתהדר ב-5 כוכבים. צוות המסעדה היה מאוד לא אדיב. החדר לא היה נקי. בקבוק מים לקבלת פנים מינימלית, לא היה בחדר. מגבות עם קרעים, דקות. כריות ישנות ומעוותות במילוי הנולוםייבר שלהן. אכזבה גדולה ממלון בבוקינג.בושה!
