Pros:

מלון בעיר העתיקה מיקום טוב לקחת בחשבון שלא ניתן להגיע עם רכב, מיטות נוחות, ארוחת בוקר מאוד טעימה, צוות עדיב!!!

Cons:

נקיון- במקלחת היו מלא שיערות של אורחים שהיו לפני לא נעים בכלל
פן לשיער דבוק עם סילוטייפ בידית וכפתורים - לא מתאים למלון ברמה 5 כוכבים

Nous avons apprécié l'ambiance de l'hotel et la disponibilité du personnel.
Pros:

L'hotel était très bien situé.
La chambre était grande et très confortable.
Comme elle était située à l'arrière, il n'y avait aucun bruit

Pros:

Staying in a historic building was a great experience. Our room was lovely, with views overlooking a beautiful piazza. Kristina was the highlight of our stay, so nice and kind and always happy to help. Her recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing were excellent. (Hvala ti puno na svemu, Kristina. Nedostaješ nam!)

Emplacement au top, mais un peu défraîchi
Pros:

Emplacement magique, en hyper centre ville.
La chambre que nous avons eue était très spacieuse. Les matériaux qualitatifs.
Pas super fan de la décoration toutefois.
Le restaurant est juste très bien ! Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner super.

Cons:

L'immeuble à été restructuré il y a 15 ans, et ça se voit. Des stores déchirés, des salles de bains un peu défraîchies, des traces d'urines sur la paroi en verre, une TV sortie de la préhistoire. Il est temps de remettre un coup de jeune à cet hôtel.
Attention, on se gare à 6 minutes à pied. Les pavés étant irréguliers, prévoyez de l'huile de coude pour votre valise.

Room with a fabulous view
Pros:

Fabulous view onto the harbour and very central location in the old city. Room was spacious and well decorated. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Amenities ie soaps etc somewhat cheap style ie not matching the hotel standard.
Breakfast instructions were off putting. Guests are told they are only allowed one hot drink, one cold drink, one savoury option etc. The actual breakfast was ironically very good so they should ditch the instructions for this standard of hotel (perhaps it may suit their other properties?)

Great location and views, inside rooms/ room facilities need improvement
Pros:

Great location and views from the hotel window. The restaurant and breakfast were great. The male housekeeper has great really helpful the most friendly staff member we spoke to.

Cons:

I expected better quality for a 5* hotel (i.e bedding, shower products etc, even towels didn’t seem good quality and the duvet cover is to small for the size of bed) the room we stayed in also had some signs of wallpaper needing to be redone/some stains and wear and tear in rooms.

בבקרים יש בעיר אלפי אנשים שמגיעים בספינות הקרוז ועמוס מידי לקראת ערב הרבה יותר נעים

Nice big room. Located right in the old town, so perfect for sightseeing. Even provided a free of charge parking space right outside the city wall. Very tasty breakfast.

Junior suite from horror movies
Pros:

The hotel is located in the old town of Kotor. Reception staff were nice. Food at the restaurant was quite good.

Cons:

We had a junior suite with a sea view, and it was nightmare fuel. Floor was not washed since Kotor was established, same for removing dust. There was enough hair in the shower drain for a couple of wigs. Overall bathroom was dirty with mold and/or water stains all over. Also soon after our arrival the sink was completely clogged. Housekeeping was not done every day, at some point we had to beg for at least some fresh towels. Lightning in the room had it's own will, some lamps not working, some blinking and overall the room was very dark and gloomy. The hotel promised 10% discount for the restaurant, however it was applied only when the waiter deemed our order cheap enough, dispite us showing the hotel card every time. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, there are cleaner and cheaper options in Kotor old town.
