Great location and views, inside rooms/ room facilities need improvement
Pros:

Great location and views from the hotel window. The restaurant and breakfast were great. The male housekeeper has great really helpful the most friendly staff member we spoke to.

Cons:

I expected better quality for a 5* hotel (i.e bedding, shower products etc, even towels didn’t seem good quality and the duvet cover is to small for the size of bed) the room we stayed in also had some signs of wallpaper needing to be redone/some stains and wear and tear in rooms.

Pros:

Nice big room. Located right in the old town, so perfect for sightseeing. Even provided a free of charge parking space right outside the city wall. Very tasty breakfast.

Junior suite from horror movies
Pros:

The hotel is located in the old town of Kotor. Reception staff were nice. Food at the restaurant was quite good.

Cons:

We had a junior suite with a sea view, and it was nightmare fuel. Floor was not washed since Kotor was established, same for removing dust. There was enough hair in the shower drain for a couple of wigs. Overall bathroom was dirty with mold and/or water stains all over. Also soon after our arrival the sink was completely clogged. Housekeeping was not done every day, at some point we had to beg for at least some fresh towels. Lightning in the room had it's own will, some lamps not working, some blinking and overall the room was very dark and gloomy. The hotel promised 10% discount for the restaurant, however it was applied only when the waiter deemed our order cheap enough, dispite us showing the hotel card every time. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, there are cleaner and cheaper options in Kotor old town.

Very rarely do you come across such a lovely hotel with the best staff, location rooms and food but this is it. We enjoy
Pros:

Had the superior room which was large. Lots of storage room. Big comfy bed and good bathroom.
Staff are amazing always there to help and do kind. Ana even walked us to the taxi stop when we were leaving. Exceptional. Breakfast wonderful and location perfect.

Cons:

Nothing it was perfect stay

4 days stay in Kotor - don’t recommend this hotel
Pros:

Great location and great view (we reserve the junior suite with sea view) -otherwise score would have been lower. Welcoming staff

Cons:

It’s considered a 5 star hotel but frankly it’s like 2 star motel (see pictures). When we arrived the trash bin had the previous guest trash. The TV in the living room didn’t work (which they knew and didn’t think to replace it or fix it), it’s about $100 dollars tv and it was during World Cup games. The toiletries were the cheapest you can find, the sink had very low pressure (hard to even shave) and still didn’t drain well, some of the towels were ripped, the safe wasn’t attached to anything, no coffee machine, the ashtray wasn’t clean the 4 days we were there and there was a dirty disgusting rag on the floor. Looks like the owners using the location to charge high price and call it 5 stars but are being cheap and try to spend no money on the property. Also there were no amenities like gym or pool that you would expect from a five star hotel.

High end hotel right in the Heart of old town .
Pros:

Location is amazing right in the heart of old town , the room was lovely & a really cosy bed . Decco was great !

Pros:

The location and staff were really helpful reserving a parking space.

Cons:

Overall the hotel feels tired. Our room was the most expensive of our trip and one of the worst we experienced therefore it was poor value for money. Photos show some flooring that had clearly got damp, cracked and a dirty bath matt had been placed over it to disguise it and a bed sheet that didn’t even fit. When you’re paying £200+ a night you expect better.
