Un séjour très agréable, rendu encore meilleur grâce à un service exceptionnel, surtout à la réception.
Pros:

Très bon hôtel, bien situé et très propre, avec un café de la machine très bon.
Mais ce qui ressort vraiment, c’est la réception : une équipe incroyable, toujours présente et prête à aider. Ils m’ont assistée à plusieurs reprises pour les chambres, avec patience, réactivité et une grande gentillesse.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil et leur aide précieuse !

النظافة سيئة للغاية الارضياة تتلاصق اقدامك والمفرش متسخ والتكييف لايعمل والسرير صغير جدا جد ملتصق في باب الحمام لصغر الغرفة والحقيقه غير التصوير الوقع صدمة ولا يوجد غلاية ولا شاي ولا كفي في الغرفة ولم استطع الجلوس لديم برغم انني خسرت قيمة الحجز تقريبا 160 يورو الا انني لم استطع البقاء لديهم لان الوضع لايطاق ولا انصح ولا اسامح اصحاب التقييمات التي تقيم بدون ضمير لان التقييم امانه

Preis-Leistung super!
Pros:

Die Bewertung bezieht sich selbstverständlich auf die Preis-Leistung! Man darf selbstverständlich keinen Luxus erwarten. Sehr zentral, 5 Minuten Laufweg zu der Marmaray Station Sirkeci, 10 Minuten nach Eminönü. Zimmer war ausreichend groß für zwei Personen. Sehr sauber. Frühstück auch sehr lecker, genug Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr entgegenkommend. Wir durften unsere Koffer noch lange nach dem Check-Out im Hotel abstellen. Es wird sich um die Katzen draußen gekümmert!

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat sich schnell aufgeheizt und die Klimaanlage war zwischenzeitlich ausgefallen. Wurde aber schnell wieder behoben!

Super lokalizacja i hotel.
Pros:

Lokalizacja najlepsza, wszędzie blisko, do metra 3 kroki, do Topkapi i Haghia Sophia też, nad Bosfor też. Obsługa przemiła, duży pokój (z tarasem), niektórzy narzekają na śniadania, ale są ok naprawdę, bywałem w hotelach 5* i też śniadania nie były codziennie inne, więc jakby nie rozumiem tego zarzutu. Widok z tarasu super.
