The location is a short walk to the train station - excellent since we were departing from the train station. The room is clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fine.

Das beste, kreativste, anregendste, reichhaltigste und leckerste Frühstücksbuffet, das ich bislang erlebt habe! 10 von 5 möglichen Sternen.
Mein Zimmer war sehr klein, aber ruhig, sauber und wenn man nicht mehr wollte als schlafen, duschen, Zähne putzen, frühstücken und weiterreisen, war es in Ordnung. Ärgerlicherweise konnte ich die Klimaanlage (die sehr laut gluckerte) zwar ausschalten (dann war es super leise), sie schaltete sich aber wenige MInuten später selbst wieder an. Ich fühlte meinen Wunsch nach abgeschalteter Klimaanlage nicht ernstgenommen :-(
Lage super: fußläufig zu Bahnhof und Innenstadt.
Einziges Manko: die Musik im Frühstücksraum und in der Eingangshalle war Körperverletzung. Menno!
Bitte das Gluckern der Klimaanlage eliminieren oder aber die Möglichkeit zum eigenständigen Abstellen der Klimaanlage geben.
Und bitte: Wenn schon Musik im Eingangs- und Frühstücksbereich, dann bitte dezent, diskret, nicht so viel Rap. Und leiser. Wenn der Grundpuls den Blutdruck in die Höhe treibt, stimmt da was nicht.
Läget, bra svala rum, bra säng.
På bilden på det rum vi bokade såg vi ett bord med två fötöljer samt en stol. Inget av det fanns på rummet. Ingen lactosfri yougurt. Vi hade svårt att få plats tre personer.

Bon emplacement et lits confortables.
L'agencement presque dangereux de la chambre: en étant dans une chambre mansardée, les lits étaient poussés jusqu'au niveau le plus bas donc, chacun d'entre nous s'est congé au plafond. De plus, l'étagère au bout du lit était fixée à l'inverse donc, on a dormi en dessous d'une étagère avec risque constant de se cogner la tête!! Notamment les enfants...
Petit déjeuner insuffisant ! A 1h30 le 1er jour et à 30 minutes de la fin du déjeuner, le 2ème jour, il manquait les plats salés, les fruits, le pain, l'eau gazeuse...du jamais vu, en venant avec difficulté repondre à nos demandes, la personne de l'hôtel nous a expliqué qu'il y avait eu un groupe avant qui avait fini le pain et pour une demi heure, qu'il n'a rien d'autre à proposer sauf un peu de pain de mie...à notre insistance, on nous a chauffer vite du pain (acheter 2 baguettes à la boulangerie aurait trop coûté on suppose!), du pain assez dur du coup mais au moins nous et les derniers clients avons eu du pain! Expérience assez déplaisante !
