La gentillese de toute l equipe notament de la jeune fille qui ma recu le 1er Jour très professionnel , souriante à l écoute disponible. Exellent petit déjeuné complet avec avec tout ce qu il faut il ne manquait rien dans un cadre calme est agréable.

De eenpersoonskamer Leek meer een warme kast en viel erg tegen maar het ontbijt was netjes en goed.
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed en het restaurant was mooi met vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Ik had in een aanbieding een eenpersoons kamer. Dat leek meer op een kast dan op een kamer. Het was daar warm en omdat het raam opende naar een afgesloten binnenplaats, kwam er geen frisse lucht binnen.
De voegen en kitnaden van de badkamer zaten vol schimmel en de douchekop spoot het water alle kanten op, behalve de goede.
De slaapkamer viel erg tegen.

Pros:

Wir haben das barrierefreie Zimmer im Nebeneingang gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, klimatisiert und ruhig. Perfekt auch für nur eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise. Die Lage ist zentral am Bahnhof und in nur wenigen Gehminuten gelangt man zur Altstadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Tipps zu Restaurants und Top-Highlights sehr hilfreich.

Cons:

Insgesamt eine sehr gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten für benutzte Handtücher wären noch besser.
Die deutlich sichtbaren gesellschaftlichen Probleme haben nichts mit dem Hotel selbst zu tun, gehören aber leider zu jedem Stadtbild. Traurig macht es dennoch zu sehen, dass auch Kinder auf der Straße leben müssen.

Pros:

Staff very friendly

Cons:

The filter in booking.com said there was parking, but it was offsite and 25 euro a day. This was a discount from the normal price and the lot is not far, but I don’t think a filter for parking should be checked if offsite and price not included.
