Spacious, central, clean, with a desk
Pros:

Clean, lighting, cleanliness and location were perfect. Study desk was important for me. It was spacious.

Great value for money, perfect location we will be back !

Perfect location although the bar and restaurant weren’t open

Cons:

The male member of staff as we checked in was quite rude to the people in the next queue who were checking out, also the carpets in the corridors especially on the 5 th floor needed either cleaning or replacing

Es muy céntrico, en medio de todo y se puede llegar caminando a casi cualquier lugar. No nos quedamos finalmente aquí, ya que tenían malo el ascensor y estábamos con una persona en silla de ruedas, pero el administrador nos consiguió otro hotel a la vuelta que era aún mejor que este y él pagó la diferencia. Muy agradecidos de él.

That I can't open windows to get fresh air that the air con was noisy enough for me...sadly I like to sleep quiet...

The pub next door provided us with a good meal at 1 pm...Nice friendly staff. The pub itself needs a bit of clean up.

Perfectly adequate hotel in the heart of Liverpool
Pros:

The location was excellent, basically in the heart of Liverpool with Liverpool ONE just down the street. Not much more to say, it was an adequate hotel: clean room, friendly staff, easy access in and out.

Cons:

Mattresses need replacing. We ended up with 2 double beds even though we only asked for one, the mattress on the extra bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable. The mattress on the main bed was also very soft with various dips. This made for an achey back in the morning.

Also didn't have a safe which we would have appreciated.

Close to everything, easy to get around lots of local bars and restaurants was reasonable priced

Cons:

Staff we inattentive and looked board, when we picked our bags up it felt like an inconvenience glad we were out most of the time, room was ok pillows and bed were so uncomfortable could do with investing in tidy mattresses and pillows
