Needs updating
Pros:

Ideal location few mins walk in to centre...however room stains on curtains carpets...bed sheet I'd say was just thrown on wasnt even tucked. They dont do hand towels amd we had to ask for more towels as four of us staying in the room and only 3 towels left in..reception staff were lovely

Bed sheet was just thrown on not even tucked .Not enough towels left in room amd they dont use hand towels..lots of stains on floor curtains...

Stayed a few times in this hotel and would go back there
Pros:

The hotel is not far from the docks and you can walk to a lot of places the cavern about 10 mins away

Cons:

That they put two single beds together to make a double so middle bit not comfy where it’s joined

Lovely room, good price and friendly staff
Pros:

Lovely large room and bed in reasonably priced hotel. Very clean and good location next to train station. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately one of the lifts wasn’t working which meant the other lift was always full. I had to carry luggage downstairs on check- out. These things happen of course and it was being fixed as I left.

Perfect 👌
Pros:

Perfect location for all our needs and shopping. Close to everything. Room was cosy and clean. Staff are friendly and attentive. We paid for breakfast but missed it only due to sleeping in but overall was great value. Definitely be back.

Only one lift was working and it's a very busy place. It has a bar but it is not functioning. We where there for four days and the room wasn't cleaned once and no fresh towels.
