Excelencia y calidad
Pros:

Las chicas de la recepción son muy queridas y amables, me encantó la cercanía al muelle , al Albert Dock y demás calles importantes de Liverpool, la ubicación es excepcional

Great stay for a good price!
Pros:

Totally didn’t expect it to be this nice! Beds and bathroom were super clean. It was quiet and comfy, no complaints at all.

Nice hotel in great location.
Pros:

lovely hotel, 2nd time staying and i will be back again in the near future. Rooms are a nice size and very clean. Bathroom was also spotless. Location is very good only 5 minute walk from main bus terminal.

Great location
Pros:

Location was great. The rooms were noce and clean and spacious there was 4 of us in a room plenty of space for the kids and us

Cons:

Everything was great. The breakfast offered included in the price was next door - it was ok, cutlery and cups/mugs were dirty struggled finding a clean one, did let them know. It was only full English option available for our kids as well as us my husband and me enjoyed but the kids ate about 2 things off the plate. Just seemed a waste.
