Lovely staff good location
Pros:

Staff were lovely so friendly & helpful, 1 male staff was super nice. We could leave our bags in store room before and after check-in location was good.

Cons:

Bedding, carpet and widows were stained, only 1 lift was working.

Room noise, constant load humming had to move rooms, 2nd room noise was still present not quite as bad as the first. Housekeeping knocking on the door at 08:30 twice asking if we staying another night. Which we wouldn’t if you paid us to.

Great value for money
Pros:

Great value for money with everything you need including hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Staff are very friendly too

Great hotel & room but breakfast disappointing.
Pros:

I liked the hotel and the room. The room was a good size and really quiet.

Cons:

I liked the hotel and the room, but the breakfast was very disappointing. Not only was it very limited, but the fridge didn't appear to be working properly and the milk and yogurts were all warm. The breakfast room was really drab to. I would stay again, but definitely not have breakfast.

Did the job of being handy for the things I wanted to do.
Pros:

Good location for local bus and train stations; plus regenerated docks, Liver Building and other cultural attractions.
Room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

No loo brush; small shower area; not as boutique as I was expecting.
Told there was no breakfast available before arriving, then found out there was but price was excessive for a continental offer.

Pros:

Location and cleanliness very good. Room was comfortable and quiet. The guy on reception called Mohammed was extremely helpful and friendly. Great experience all round.
