Pros:

Camera molto grande ed accogliente. Struttura un po datata ma dotata di molti comfort, tra cui piscina e bellissimo giardino. Ottimo anche il ristorante con menù alla carta e buffet. Colazione abbondante e buona. Scimmie selvatiche possibili.

Chambre horrible. Obligée de se surclasser. Dans celle payée en surclassement: prise électrique qui ne marche pas. J’ai donc trouvé mon téléphone vide le matin de la visière au TAJ!!!! Frigo qui ne marche pas. Signalement. Personne n’est jamais venu. Accueil et salle de restaurant horribles. Ils font des salamalecs comme dans un palace sauf que ce n’est pas du tout le cas.

C’era una scimmi che girava per i piani lasciando escrementi e in più c’erano dei lavori in corso e in camera e reach l’odore di pittura fresca (tossico) + in camera abbiamo trovato una sigaretta spenta in una tazza, una volta informato il personale non hanno battuto ciglio

We booked two of the chamber of prince suites, which were both very well appointed in keeping with the heritage theme of the hotel, which was very well carried throughout the rest of the property along with well kept grounds and a great swimming pool.

Whilst the breakfast buffet wasn't extensive, the available options were quite tasty. The omelette and dosa station helped elevate the breakfast to a better level. The dinner menu was also quite good.

The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful.

Cons:

Fairly weak wifi is the only minor issue with an otherwise great hotel.

Hotel incredibilmente bello, elegantissimo, accogliente, pulitissimo, in un palazzo storico. Per non parlare della piscina, stupenda. Rapporto qualità/prezzo senza paragoni

C'est propre (quoique...un mégot de cigarette dans la salle de bain....) et confortable.

Cons:

L'accueil froid et impersonnel. L'arrogance de certains membres du personnel. Le temps d'attente pour avoir des essuies qui n'étaient pas dans la chambre à notre arrivée...
