Wonderfully peaceful place to spend a night or a day if visiting Agra. The pool was lovely as was the big spacious rooms.
Breakfast , dinner and lunch were all excellent
We felt a bit uncomfortable with what felt like a fair bit of pressure for tips , the bag boy wouldn’t leave our room until we tipped him which was uncomfortable. We understand tipping culture but it all felt like unnecessary pressure

Heritage aspect. Nice to see the history and old furniture and feel of times gone by. Made our stay extra special and most memorable.
Cleanliness could be better. Shower temperature was a little hit and miss. But overall a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

Our booking was deluxe room but ,Because of room condition not good, so that we upgrade our room in to suit.

L'hotel è carino e c'è anche la piscina
Il prezzo è esagerato sia per le camere che per il cibo che è di qualità scadente (in particolare il frullato all'anguria aveva frutta non fresca ed era surriscaldato dal mixer e oltre ad essere caldo aveva sapore di plastica ed era quindi tossico!). I pasti sono troppo costosi per quello che viene offerto, c'è poca scelta e qualità non ottima. La camera era sporca (in particolare il ventilatore perdeva pezzi di polvere che cadeva sul letto) e ci hanno dato l'upgrade, di cui sono grata però dovrebbero stare più attenti. Parte dello staff era molto curioso e alcuni sono stati invadenti offrendomi servizi aggiuntivi seguendomi in camera (ad esempio per fare massaggi o hennè ) e invitandomi a un concertino con molta insistenza. Alcuni ospiti mi hanno importunato anche bussando e chiamando in stanza, questa non è colpa dell'hotel ma ha rovinato la permanenza. Inoltre ho chiesto più volte un phon per i capelli il primo giorno ma non è mai arrivato. L'hotel è storico ma non è 5 stelle come indicato sul sito e questo trae in inganno, andrebbe corretto. Un hotel del genere corrisponde a un 3 stelle e dovrebbero adeguare i prezzi a questo standard senza pretese di essere qualcosa che non sono

Location of the hotel is very apt! Everything is near and so that saves on time! Staff is very courteous. Hassle free check-in and check-out. Facilities, Rooms.. everything is great! Infact we were given room upgrade too .. Great stay and we highly recommend!
We felt the prices of the restaurant are way too high! A Simple tea/coffee costs soo much! Food tastes good but that does not justify the high prices! !Also , the pool has only one depth which is not suitable for small kids! And if so, they should provide swimming tubes!
