Excellent ambience and well maintained
The staff were amazing, everyone was so friendly, warm and welcoming. The hotel has brilliant facilities, the pool and garden area were great, we enjoyed the spa, puppet show and restaurant. The hotel building is beautiful and the rooms are very nice too! We extended our stay here because it was so good, would definitely recommend.
The restaurant was a bit more pricey than other locations but the food and service was good. There's not much surrounding the hotel but things were only a short tuk tuk ride away!

The hotel has a beautiful heritage charm with a lovely courtyard and relaxing pool area that create a peaceful atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. The blend of historic character and warm hospitality made our stay in Agra even more memorable.

Beautiful heritage building that makes you feel like you’ve escaped the hectic city of Agra. Breakfast service staff were attentive and friendly.
The puppet show! The two guys who run the evening entertainment “show” which only lasts 5 minutes wasn’t only bad but they made us extremely uncomfortable only focusing on us & asking for specifically 2/3000 whilst not expecting any of the locals who also watched to pay for their terrible puppet show. One of the guys approached my wife later that evening whilst she was sat alone by the pool and made her feel uncomfortable and quickly scatted away when he saw me walking over. For this reason I would never come back to this hotel nor would I recommend anyone to stay here.

The room was very well sized, and very clean, it had a great view of the pool. We were able to spend some time at the pool and it was also clean. It was quite close to the Taj Mahal so would reccomend!

Very poor breakfast selection when no tour parties staying. Room was tired and grubby, toilet seat was old & dirty and, despite being out all day, the room wasn’t serviced. Staff were indifferent and it took over 20mins to get a drink at the bar, despite being the only 2 people in there. Very noisy all day with construction in progress…
