Lieu très beau, qui offre une parenthèse au milieu de la ville.

Cons:

- Le fait que l'alcool n'était pas compris dans le discount "20% sur les beverages". Ce n'était pas clair. J'aurai apprécié un geste de la part de l'hôtel à qui j'ai manifesté mon mécontentement.
- Le fait de devoir attendre 1h et de rappeler ma réception pour avoir un sèche cheveux à disposition dans la chambre. Beaucoup trop long.
- Les jardiniers qui vaporisent un produit sur les haies pendant que les clients sont dans le jardin. L'odeur toxique nous à instantanément fait fuir dans notre chambre.

Bon établissement mais manque d entretien.
Pros:

Demeure coloniale. Très bien située. Chambres confortables

Cons:

L hôtel est vieillot, il a besoin d’être restauré.
Les petits déjeuners coûtent 15€ en direct alors qu’en ligne ils sont 1/2 prix. Le personnel n a rien voulu savoir. Il y a des singes chapardeurs qui entrent dans les chambres avec vue sur la piscine.

Pros:

Great location, we love the heritage property. Close to Taj Mahal, and baby Taj. Beautiful setting, and lovely pool area.

Do preço do restaurante, não comi em nenhum outro lugar em toda Índia, onde paguei tão caro. Precisam caprichar um pouco mais na limpeza dos quartos.

Royal feel but need upgrade of the facilities…
Pros:

It’s a heritage property converted into a hotel giving you a royal feel. Staff were very nice & helpful. Room service was on time even in the mid night.

Cons:

All the tap & shower in the toilet were broken. Need to change/fix for better use. Shower doesn’t function properly. Water flow in the wash basin was horrible.

Super good value for money with 20% on food
Pros:

Warm welcome with typical Indu flower necklace and third eyes painted, the hotel has a wonderful garden with swimming pool.

Cons:

The area is not nice to go out but if you have a car it is not a problem.
