The location of the hotel was great! The staff were kind and helpful and breakfast was always delicious!
The beds were too hard (as were all the hotel beds in Cambodia!) And the constant renovations were quite annoying! However, we do understand that these renovations were necessary!
Very nice Hotel at an exceptional value. The staff were very attentive and kind. The included breakfast buffet was great as well. The location is not even half a block from the Mekong River. If you happen to be there in a Saturday they block off the streets along the Mekong and you can enjoy an amazing atmosphere literally steps from the Hotel.

Fue una estadía horrible están haciendo remodelaciones en las habitaciones y no te indican eso hacían ruidos desde las 10 am hasta las 5 pm martillando el piso y las paredes sin respetar el descanso de los huéspedes, fatal no se puede descansar durante el día
The facilities are okay and breakfast was awesome. The hotel room was clean as well. Will definitely come back here.

The breakfast is alright and the staff are excellent.
I had spent over a month in Asia without getting a single insect bite before staying here. Got ravaged by bed bugs, so badly that I decided to go to the hospital for antibiotics. The staff were cool and moved me to another room. My friend stayed in another room and his AC broke down. I regret trying this hotel instead of just staying at my usual hotel (Harmony right across the street).
