Il lavandino prima era tappato e poi colava. Non ho potuto usarlo. Menomale che restavo solo una notte. Ho dovuto lavarmi le mani e i denti nella doccia... L'ho segnalato al personale dell'albergo.

No aur in first room ,second room troubles with power stopped and three times needed to reset breaker.also dirty rug in hallway stained and no air-conditioned in hallway and front of hotel, not a 4 star but a 2 star hotel.
The staff was good. The pool was perfect.

Noise from construction but I was informed of it before my stay.
The rooms were huge and spacious, I loved the hardwood finish inside. Great location close to all shops, pubs and amenities. The staff were extremely helpful and made the stay easy and a pleasure. The hotel is situated close to the river which makes it great on a Friday and Saturday night for the night markets. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The staff and the location
The gym has a unic threadmill, it’s considered as closed when one person using it indefinitely. Most dissapointing is the absence of a board to warn customers about the risk of going outside the area during the weekend while returning to the hotel after 14:00. Ifever this happen, no taxi will accept to take you back to the hotel and you have either spend the whole night on the pavement somewhere or to walk some 10 kms to find your way the hotel.

Excellent location, very convenient, great spacious and clean rooms, very friendly staff. Large swimming pool in the basement and two Jacuzzi’s on the rooftop. The breakfast is satisfactory. The hotel in general is good choice and a great value.
The rooftop area needs to be maintained much better. The sun loungers were dirty, and the jacuzzi was full of sand for more than a week. These facilities should be cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis.
What was particularly disappointing was that there were two staff members at the rooftop bar throughout the day. Most of the time there were no customers, yet they were often sitting and using their phones instead of taking the opportunity to clean the tables, sun loungers, and surrounding area. Better supervision and attention to cleanliness would significantly improve the guest experience.
