Free breakfast even though food is cheap outside of the hotel is cheap, it was easy to just go upstairs and eat then get ready and go out for the day
They did accommodate an early check in by about an hour and a late check out by 8 hours (although it cost $30) I could have just booked another day...
After booking, i get the notice of construction going on - this should be stated up front since the reservation is not cancelable.
I booked a Deluxe Double Room and the pictures for that type of room shows a city view, the description states theres a "view"... Our view was the building about 6 feet away from the building with dirty underware thrown on a tin roof outside.
The bathroom was low quality for the higher end hotel they are trying to portray. An elevated bathtub with a shower head that falls off the mount and is mounted too low
To me this booking was a bait and switch

2nd time staying here. Great location, large rooms, clean and very helpful counter staff. only shame is this time major construction going on next door so very noisy from 8am but hotel had informed us beforehand. its literally 5 min walk to Kaiser coffee / pastries, 4P Pizza, 1 minute walk to La Croissette, 30 seconds to riverside.
