aucun investissement des dirigeants depuis longtemps
Pros:

emplacement/ qualité et accueil du personnel/ qualité du personnel de chambres

Cons:

télévision d'un autre siècle aucune chaînes locales
/ recherche youtube plus que douteuse/ le wifi long et coupe régulièrement chaque 10 secondes....
cafards / petit dej .. pas de jus de fruits juste de l'eau colorée ..pas de machine à café remplacé par un café carafe au goût de chocolat/ pas d'´oeufs ni plats chauds ( sauf payants 4/5$ minimum de plus)
et attention Danger pour enfants et adultes = des fenêtres qui ouvrent sur le vide...

It was really better than I expected just wish there was free breakfast
Pros:

Size of the room was good, the bathroom was good just wished there was better water pressure and temperature, view was good too. There was an iron + hair dryer

The underneath of the my bed was a mess!!!

Pros:

Hôtel bien mais je m’attendais à mieux, j’ai dépassé un peu mon budget habituel pour avoir un hôtel d’une meilleure gamme mais j’ai été un peu déçu pour le prix.
Personnel très gentil qui vous accompagne jusqu’à la chambre, j’ai demandé à changer de chambre car pas de fenêtre dans la première, la seconde ça sentait le tabac par contre …

Very disappointing
Pros:

The mattress was good.

Cons:

The whole place was outdated and hadn't been changed since CoVid. There was a food menu, although the restaurant was not in use, apart from breakfast which was very very disappointing. We had a laundry service button and hotel service button on the phone, but both services didn't operate. We were told with the information in our room that dinner was on level 4. There was no level 4 and no dinner. When I asked the staff, they said none of what the information told us in our room had not been on offer since CoVid. I feel that the website is extremely misleading. We will not stay here again.
