Overall the hotel is value for the money
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, location at city center very convenient to walk around and to get to other places . And the breakfast is good.

Cons:

Since I have 2 bookings for the week, the staff at the front desk when I check in ask me to check out first and check in again. But when I move all the luggage to the reception the next morning, another staff said I can stay at the same room for the rest of the week. Then I move back to the same room with the luggage, what an hassle to waste my time!!

And the room space is small.

Pros:

Hotel très agréable et parfaitement situé. Idéal comme point de départ pour flâner dans la ville. Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Literie confortable.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif : il restait de la nourriture dans le frigo. Ca donne l'impression d'un nettoyage sommaire.

I would return
Pros:

The location is perfect. It's close to the souk. Easy to get to from airport. Ride was 20 to 30 dinars. Hotel will arrange. Excellent breakfast, something for everyone.

Cons:

Room air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Amazing hotel, great value
Pros:

This was my best hotel travelling through Tunisia. Stayed for a week

Super clean room, quiet and cozy. Bed was amazing. Minifridge in the room. Spacious and great bathroom.Fast and modern TV with youtube available. Very kind staff that could communicate in English and helped with answering questions. Location was perfect with security staff and metal detector

Cons:

-Water pressure in the shower was not great
-Breakfast was not that great for the price you pay (around 10 euros). For 4-6 euros you can get dinner in the city at many restaurants

Pros:

Good location, fair breakfast, clean bathroom and bedroom.

Cons:

Staff were grumpy, specially the one checked us is, felt like he had been forced to work, when we wanted to ask about room availability for our friends he gave us an ugly no. And they did not let friends to visit.
