Il caffè della prima colazione è purtroppo acido ed aspro. Sarebbe opportuno ad impiegare una miscela di caffè più bilanciata che da un caffè meno acido ed aspro.

The aircon is terribly cold
No mattress protectors on the bed, just a thin sheet between you and all those other people who have slept etc there.
The aircon was too noisy to sleep with it on but in turning it off you hear the other aircons on the roof - don’t get a top floor room.
Strong chemical detergent smell on the sheets and towels.
Tv remote didnt have volume control option
Aircon control panel on the wall didnt always work when you wanted it too
Sometimes there was hot water other times there wasn’t.
The coffee in the breakfast buffet is bad, tastes salty it’s nasty. The buffet is likely average.
It was so difficult to find bottled water in the hotel area. Big markets like monoprix don’t have any. We had to walk 10mins out of the centre to buy bottles of water.
The shower needs a proper clean along the edges and maybe some bleach thrown around.
The staff were not friendly, maybe a cultural thing but I found only the women staff smiley, happy to interact with you. The others seemed bothered especially the restaurant staff who messed up orders regularly.
It’s a very busy location and that might suit some but it’s noisy and all around are these restaurant with guys standing out front trying to get you to eat drink there. Don’t, they’re scammers and thieves (check google reviews)

The staff at the property are truly amazing. Helpful, friendly and everything you can ask for when it gets to making you really feel at home. Fatima, who was responsible for our floor was just amazing. Always happy and cheerful and made our stay very special. The staff at the restaurant and coffee shop were also the nicest of people.

I stay in this hotel at least 2-3 times a a year and I have always loved it. However this tike was slightly different.
There was an ongoing construction in the lobby so it was out of service. The listing shows iron on the amenities but the concierge said they didn’t have on. There was also shower gel all over the sink.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’emplacement était vraiment idéal, très pratique et proche des principaux endroits à découvrir.
Le personnel a également été un vrai point fort : très accueillant, disponible et aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. On s’est vraiment sentis bien accompagnés.
Le petit-déjeuner était simple mais efficace, avec tout ce qu’il fallait pour bien commencer la journée.
Une très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
Le principal point négatif a été l’odeur d’égout présente dans notre chambre, qui était parfois assez désagréable. La chambre donnait également sur l’arrière du bâtiment, avec une vue sur des travaux en cours. Le bruit des travaux ne nous a toutefois pas particulièrement dérangés, car nous avions l’habitude de nous lever assez tôt.
Par ailleurs, le quartier autour de l’hôtel est agréable en journée, mais nous avons été un peu moins à l’aise le soir. À partir d’environ 22h, il vaut mieux éviter de trop rester dans la rue juste en bas de l’hôtel, car nous avons été sollicités à plusieurs reprises de manière assez insistante. Ce n’est pas forcément un problème pour tout le monde, mais c’est un point à savoir, notamment si l’on voyage en famille.
