Abbiamo soggiornato a Inthira hotel due notti, all’inizio e alla fine del Thakhek loop e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Posizione centrale. Camere grandi, pulite e letti comodi. Personale gentile e disponibile, l’ultimo giorno ci hanno anche consentito di fare il check out un ora più tardi per via di un problema con il nostro trasporto che era stato posticipato.

Pleasant stay in Thahek
Pros:

The hotel is nicely located and has an amazing restaurant in the ground floor. All the food is very good, however the breakfast is simple. I really appreciate the fact that there are glass bottles of filtered water available at all times in the lounge and bedrooms.
The staff are very helpful and considerate.
The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated.

Cons:

I have specifically enquired about a desk in the rooms as I was in a work trip and was advised there was one, however I had only a coffee table in the balcony. There was space to work down in the restaurant/lounge area, but this limits your works calls.
Room service only happens if you leave the "please clean my room" tag outside the door, however this was not mentioned so it too a day to realise, and was forgotten a few times. While not a big deal, it was unexpected.

Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement situé et le petit déjeuner est excellent. J’ai séjourné dans deux chambres différentes, ayant dû prolonger mon séjour suite à une chute, et le personnel a été particulièrement attentionné et aidant durant cette période.

Cons:

Le seul petit point négatif et déjà signalé concerne le parquet, qui craque assez fort mais cela fait partie du charme de l’établissement. Dans la première chambre, il y avait également un bruit de fond (probablement lié à la climatisation) qui pouvait devenir un peu dérangeant.

Quite noisy location - take ear plugs.
Needs a little refurb in parts, shower could be better.
