Very happy with the property.
Pros:

The attached photos were taken from our room balcony. Exceptional views of the river and the mountains at the same time. Everything about this property is excellent.I highly recommend it.

Not recommend - The whole city overall
Pros:

The river side? That is the reason I booked this hotel

Cons:

The price is over, the staff is not attentive and unprofessional. They asked for extra charge if pay by card, then I said how about you charge directly through Booking? and it is exactly the amount I saw on Booking (with the same card), so be aware of this.

The room is not clean, mold everywhere in the bathroom, and the TV and TV furniture is missing.

心が満たされるバンビエン
Pros:

部屋のバルコニーから川でカヌーを漕いでいる人やボートから手を振る人が見えてとても良かった。川に面した気持ちの良いテラスで美味しい朝ごはんをいただき、素晴らしい１日のスタートを切ることができた。

Booking.com Rooms were right outside the restaurant so it was loud. Some bugs in the bathroom, like little flies. And lots of mosquitoes

Pros:

Habitación estupenda, bonita, limpia, con vistas sobre el río y a las montañas. Precioso atardecer. Instalaciones en general muy bien. Piscina agradable aunque con pocas tumbonas. Para que te dieran toalla de piscina tenías que pedirlo en repetidas ocasiones. Buena ubicación. Desayuno muy bueno!

Cons:

La comida del restaurante no nos gustó mucho. Pad thai muy atomatado.

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hotel avec une vue magnifique !
Pros:

Une vue a couper le souffle devant ses belles montagnes karstiques!
La chambre n’était pas très spacieuse mais était propre et comportait tout le nécessaire.
Très bon rapport qualité prix
Un personnel très agréable,qui a bien voulu gardé nos bagages toute la journée et cela sans aucun frais.

Cons:

Ras sauf le bruit des bateaux et des paramoteurs…mais ce n’est pas de leur ressort.

Great hotel with helpful staff.
Pros:

Lovely central hotel with helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean. Great having a balcony with mountain views. Lovely breakfast with lots of variety of different foods.

Cons:

Only had about seven beds by the pool which were always occupied. Would have been good if there were a few more for other guests.
