There will be a construction project will be start on 24 January - 31 March 2026. The project involves the construction of a new public toilet and changing room located at the swimming pool area. Some activities around the swimming pool area may experience minor disturbance. Our team has taken necessary measures to ensure guest safety and comfort throughout the project. We will work hard to minimize any disruptions during this project, we will also cover the project area neatly and continue to provide our excellent services. During the project is in progress, there will be no closure of our facilities. Thus, all guest may still enjoy the swimming pool facilities as usual. The rooms will be not affected by the noise of the project.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Didn’t use the facilities this stay was for 1 night as we had an early flight the next day. The pool area looked lovely and the bed was very comfy. There was lots of hot water and the water pressure was very good.Although close to the airport the road layout for airport access was convoluted. The walk into town took about 30 minutes.
You could hear people walking past the room and people coming and going although this stopped around 10 pm.
Staff were extremely friendly, can not fault they’re services
Beds were very hard. Doorbells for neighbours rooms very loud and walls thin. Could

Friendliness of staff was amazing made you feel very welcome. Breakfast was amazing 👏 Food in restaurant and bar was superb. Any issues fixed straight away.
Quiet a few Indians kept to themselves not many westerners at the time of stay.

The room smells a bit like mold, looks like there is no much occupation recently in that part of the hotel.

Breakfast with a lot of options for indian tourists but a few options for european tourists. In comparisson to other hotels that we stayed in Bali, the massage prices were quite high.
free breakfast buffet with omelet station. food in bar was delicious and good priced. the pool was perfect. the grounds are beautiful. the service was wonderful. close to airport, on a free shuttle circuit down to the mall by the beach. got a VIP seating for the sunset Kecak show with our room card. they stowed our large luggage graciously while we did a short trip to another island. i would love to come back again.
everything was well done.
from the moment we reached Bali Airport, we were greeted by a sign signifying we had a courtesy taxi back to our accommodation. the staff and service was exceptional.
Helpful staff and very pretty hotel, AC was really good. Spa was very good for massages.
Showers were very dated and never went cold, buffet had very few options, more could be around the pool bar. Rooms were nice but not luxarious. Gym was terrible.
Gardens create a relaxing atmosphere . Large pool and padded deckchairs. Quiet area with lots of food options. Reception very helpful, have donation box for local school rather than tip box.
Hot water problem took a couple of attempts /days to fix...understandable as resort is repairing recent flood damage. Food and drink prices at pool and bit high.
