Super séjour à new york proche de times et de la gare routière
Pros:

Emplacement top, une chambre de 4 avec cuisine et grand frigo. Me petit déjeuner était plus que correct certain jour un peu de monde mais on s'adapte.

Excelente localização, ótimo café da manhã, ótimo quarto (com o diferencial da cozinha)

Cons:

Já é a 4a vez que me hospedo aqui. Sempre é ótimo. Mas dessa vez havia um problema na água do chuveiro e da pia do banheiro (só funcionava a quente, e estava fervendo, pois não conseguia temperar com a fria). Reclamei, mas não foi resolvido. Também havia uma lasca quebrada na porta do box. De resto, tudo estava ótimo.

Cons:

L’expérience globale a été décevante. L’équipe de réception n’a pas été suffisamment professionnelle ni accueillante, ce qui a donné une mauvaise première impression. Le service de nettoyage des chambres n’était pas assuré quotidiennement, ce qui est regrettable pour un établissement hôtelier. Par ailleurs, le séjour a été perturbé par des nuisances sonores liées à la climatisation et aux ascenseurs, dont la qualité semblait insuffisante. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur des attentes, tant en termes de qualité que de variété.

Good Hotel, with great location, city view and comfortable rooms
Pros:

The hotel is good, the room is very comfortable, the city view is great, everyone was really kind, the location of the hotel is great, you can get to Times Square in a few minutes walking, the included breakfast was also good.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the missing thing in my opinion was the room service, because they were supposed to clean the room every other day, but we stayed 4 days in the hotel and they never cleaned, just changed some towels and toilet paper a single time on the third day.

Relatively modern, updated rooms, with a refrigerator, induction stove, and microwave. Very well located.

Cons:

Because of its location, there’s road noise, however, this would be mostly true for most hotels in the area.

The laundry facilities weren’t working during my stay, as was the rooftop.
