Convenient place for a short stay
Pros:

The space and the organization of the premises are pleasant with a very comfortable bedding. The breakfast is fine. Having a kitchen in the room remains convenient. Smiling and helpful staff.

Cons:

The room seriously requires maintenance and renovation. The coffee machine did not work, the handle of the shower was broken, many elements were damaged or in bad conditions. It's obvious that this hotel has a high tourism & people turnover.

La habitación era cómoda y con buenas vistas.

Cons:

El desayuno es horroroso, lleno de gente, nunca había visto tanta gente desayunando, más de 100 personas en un espacio reducido, intentando tomar algo para desayunar. Una experiencia que no le deseo a nadie.
Estuve tres días y no me limpiaron ni una vez la habitación. Al hacer el check in me dijeron que limpiaban día por medio, así que el segundo día les escribí para recordarles que la limpiarán, pero no me contestaron y tampoco limpiaron la habitación. Luego reclame y me dijeron que la iban a limpiar al día siguiente, pero tampoco lo hicieron.
Los ascensores llenos de gente y con demoras es un capítulo aparte, también horrible.
Para terminar la experiencia, días antes me avisaron que estaban de obras y que habría ruido intermitente, además que la terraza (rooftop) estaba cerrada. Hice un reclamo y lo desoyeron, pero tenía razón porque luego Booking.com me reembolsó parte de lo pagado.
En resumen: un hotel muy caro para lo que ofrecen, no volvería nunca más.

Lokalizacja, lokalizacja pokoju na 3 piętrze co umozliwilo korzystanie że schodów i brak konieczności czekania na widne. Obsługa hotelu.

Cons:

Brak światła dziennego w pokoju, nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience, bardzo głośna klimatyzacja i lodówka, bardzo głośne dźwięki z wentylatora na zewnątrz budynku nawet przy zamkniętym oknie, kotara pod prysznicem a na zdjęciach hotelu pokazane sa szyby a nie kotary.

Pros:

Muy buen hotel en relación a su tarifa, Buen desayuno y grata sorpresa la mesa de quesos a las 17 hs con vino o cerveza a disposición de los huespedes, de lunes a jueves.

Cons:

Por un cambio de habitacion que me beneficiaba en un mejor piso con vista increible, mi cuarto no quedó registrado para limpieza y eso hizo que no tenga el servicio mucama hasta que lo reclamé.

Pros:

El Alojamiento es perfecto! Paradas de metro súper cerca. Zona céntrica, cerca de todo y en nada andando a Times Square. La calle es tranquila, supermercados y bares al lado. Te retienen el dinero y te lo devuelven justo a la semana y te permiten dejar el equipaje si llegas antes del check in y después del check out gratuito. Aunque hay que esperar un poco a los ascensores en hora punta, la espera es llevadera. Los desayunos estupendos, van variando algunas cosillas de un día a otro. Por las tardes hay happy hour de 17:00 a 18:30 con cerveza, vinos… y algún aperitivo. A cualquier hora del día dispones de agua fresquita, café o infusión. La limpieza es cada dos días. La cámara es cómoda, la cocina está completa incluso te dejan cafés, tés… y en el baño dispones de gel, champú, acondicionador de pelo, toallitas desmaquillantes y crema de cuerpo. Si vuelvo a NY, repetiré aquí sin dudas :)
