el desayuno a la carta tomado frente a la playa es un experiencia muy bonita, super ubicado a unos pasos de la famosa 5 av pero aislado del reuido, te permite descansar. llegas facilmnete caminando a las estaciones de buses ADO y ferry

Sorprendente in positivo.
Pros:

È piaciuta la location, la posizione sul mare, il modo in cui le camere sono disposte non come un albergo tipico costruito da zero, lo staff, la pulizia delle camere. Buona cucina , cucinato al momento e bene.

Cons:

Doccia senza pressione, la poca varietà della cucina, ma cucinato bene. Colazione poco varia ma buona. Peccato per i Sargassi che rendevano la spiaggia da venti alla struttura poco fruibile.

Super hôtel au cœur de playa del Carmen
Pros:

Localisation en plein centre. Une grande de petits déjeuners préparés à la minute. Le patio à plusieurs endroits pour se poser. Les deux lits dans la chambre. Le personnel est super gentil

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner à cause de sargasses du coup une piscine aurait été cool mais l’hôtel est top !

Buena ubicación
Pros:

El desayuno era agradable y variado. Lo mejor de este alojamiento es la ubicación, a pesar de estar ubicado en una calle que no es accesible por vehiculo.

Cons:

Lamentablemente al estar tan cerca de la playa, dada la gran cantidad de sargazo, había mal olor permanentemente. No es culpa del hostal, pero igual era incomodo. Adicionalmente, se cortó la energía en 2 ocasiones en nuestra estadia.

INCREIBLES VACACIONES EN PELICANO HOTEL
Pros:

El servicio de personal del restaurante, excelente trato al cliente y a sus necesidades.
Desayunos equilibrados.
Muy buena ubicación y con la playa a la vista mientras desayunas.

Cons:

No tiene piscina, ya que el mar estaba lleno de algas, y era época de salgaso, segun me comentaron. Pero tiene tumbonas.
No tiene servicio de lavandería, pero encontré Enzo Lavanderia muy cerca (entre la 22 y la 24, justo detras).

La ubicacion es buena, para salir en la noche.

Cons:

La playa estaba invadida de sargazo y considero que el hotel debio advertir a los clientes. No hemos podido disfrutar el mar. Ustedes como Booking tambien deben advertir a los Clientes. He pedido un hotel Beach front y no se ha cumplido el objetivo. Entiendo que no es culpa del hotel, pero tampoco yo debo pagar por algo que no pude utilizar. El hotel encima no tiene piscina.

Bad experience. Book something else or go for an all inclusive or something up north - 28th street and up.

Cons:

Service was bad, breakfast they should be more clear what’s included vs what’s not, the prices are unreasonably high, the apartment was very dirty and the bathroom were really bad too. We complained at front desk and no resolution. We left two days early and cut short our trip. Booking .com has helped us either yet either.

Pros:

Nos tocó la habitación 102 y esta a pie de playa, pero por culpa del sargazo no esta tan bien, aunque no es culpa del hotel. En general esta bien y con un desayuno incluido muy rico y variado.

Cons:

La señal del celular se pierde muy fuerte dentro de la habitación y el Internet falla demasiado y la televisión es muy pequeña para el precio. Arreglen la señal del Internet y una pantalla grande.. y será mejor el lugar

Leider zwei Tage früher abgereist, aufgrund des vielen Seegras und des damit einhergehenden starken Geruchs.. wäre das n

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist grundsätzlich toll. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett (vor allem die Männer im Restaurant, wo es auch das Frühstück gibt, waren super freundlich). Das Frühstück war auch klasse und die Portionen und der Service spitze 🤩

Cons:

Leider hat das Hotel bzw. PDC aktuell große Probleme mit Sargassum/Seegrass. Man konnte nicht ins Wasser und in der kompletten Anlage hat es so stark gestunken, dass es leider kaum aushaltbar war. Wir wissen natürlich, dass das Hotel nur eingeschränkt etwas machen kann.. aber da es keinen Pool gibt, mussten wir in teure Beach Clubs ausweichen um uns abzukühlen und sind aufgrund des Geruchs dann auch zwei Tage früher abgereist..

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem in Ordnung. Plastikliegen am Strand sind auch etwas runtergekommen, aber wäre (wenn das Seegras und der Geruch nicht gewesen wäre) für uns auch halb so wild…
