The stay was fast, since we had a quick overnight layover in Bangkok. I would stay here again.
Pros:

The airport shuttle was very convenient. It was organized well. The rooms were also comfortable.

Cons:

I asked if the adult beverages could be removed from the rooms. The hotel staff could not accommodate this request at a late hour.

wir wollten am ersten Tag mit zum Flughafen mitfahren,das wurde verweigert.Die AC ist sehr alt,der Thermostat ohne funktion musste nachts mehrmals aufstehen zum ein und ausschalten.DerDurschlauferhitzer in der Dusche bei minimum zu heiss,bei aus zu kalt.

Would definitely stay there again
Pros:

Great value and very convenient free shuttle. They were very helpful in scheduling us for 9:00am international flight with 5:00am wake up call and takeout breakfast boxes.

Not all staff are English speaking

Very convenient 1:00am international arrival shuttle pickup from the airport

Cons:

Old section of hotel, mattresses are very firm. Make sure you upgrade to new section of room. Only way we knew was our second stay on leaving Bangkok, they gave us free upgrade and rooms and especially mattresses are much nicer.
