J'ai aimé l'accueil du personnel. La chambre correspondait à mes critères.
Le petit-déjeuner est bon et diversifié, mais le bacon était trop dur et les oeufs brouillés trop liquides. Attention aussi aux prises électriques qui se défont dans la 203 ! C'est dangereux. La bonde de la douche s'enlevait dès qu'on marchait dessus. Cette chambre étant adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite, une personne manquerait de glisser sur cette bonde.
Locatie was perfect, helaas was de lift kapot maar koffer werd door receptioniste naar eerste verdieping gebracht! Ontvijt was perfect en br erg gezellig.
Niets, behalve kapotte lift waar het hotel op dat moment niets aan kon doen.

Hôtel très agréable, comme le personnel. L'emplacement est très bien, l'hôtel est équipé de 2 bornes électriques.

Nous sommes sincèrement très heureux de témoigner à propos de notre séjour à comfort hôtel Lille L'union Tourcoing pcq l'accueil était très sympa au top 👌👍 surtout le parking bien sécurisé malgré l'ascenseur n' était pas fonctionnel c'est pas grave peut être la prochaine fois l'ascenseur peut être réparé et tout ira bien comme d'habitude bref il y a rien à dire merci pour tout à la prochaine séjour.

Nous avions réservé la chambre familiale, très pratique avec sa porte communiquante entre les 2 chambres. Celle ci est bien équipée, et la literie de bonne qualité.
Un merci tout particulier à Gaëlle pour avoir renvoyé le doudou oublié de ma fille. Vous avez fait une heureuse !
