Ganz tolles Personal, zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Für ein Delux Zimmer war die Räumlichkeit sehr eng, in das Badezimmer passt gerade so eine Person - ist man etwas korpulenter, wird’s schon schwierig. Zwei Personen können nicht im Bad stehen. Das Schlafsofa war kein Schlafsofa sondern sehr mittig und die Farbe verblasst, wenig ansprechend, das Zimmer war verwinkelt und die „Stadtaussicht“ war die Hauptverkehrsstraße/ - Kreuzung von mehreren Spuren (laut). Die Sonne strahlt direkt ins Zimmer, die Vorhänge müssen immer geschlossen sein, da Fußgänger Einblick in das Zimmer haben (4. Stock). Kissen sind eine Katastrophe, zu hart, zu hoch. Der Preis vor Ort für unserer Zimmerkategorie waren 400€ - ich wäre maximal enttäuscht gewesen, wenn ich das für den Preis gebucht hätte.

This was my second stay at New Park Hotel, and once again it exceeded all my expectations. Everything remains at the highest standard. The location is perfect, the staff are exceptionally friendly and professional, and the breakfast is excellent with a great variety of choices.

I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Nuray, the Guest Relations Manager. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication to making guests feel welcome were one of the main reasons I decided to return to this hotel. She truly makes every guest feel valued.

I highly recommend New Park Hotel to anyone visiting Ankara. If I come to Ankara again, I will definitely stay here for the third time. It is one of those rare hotels that you simply don't want to leave. Thank you to the entire team for another wonderful stay!
