This was my second stay at New Park Hotel, and once again it exceeded all my expectations. Everything remains at the highest standard. The location is perfect, the staff are exceptionally friendly and professional, and the breakfast is excellent with a great variety of choices.

I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Nuray, the Guest Relations Manager. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication to making guests feel welcome were one of the main reasons I decided to return to this hotel. She truly makes every guest feel valued.

I highly recommend New Park Hotel to anyone visiting Ankara. If I come to Ankara again, I will definitely stay here for the third time. It is one of those rare hotels that you simply don't want to leave. Thank you to the entire team for another wonderful stay!

From start to finish, our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. The level of hospitality here is unmatched. The management team went out of their way to check on us regularly, ensuring we had everything we needed and genuinely taking care of us throughout our entire stay.
To make things even better, they were incredibly flexible, allowing us to check in early and check out late. This made our travel schedule stress-free and smooth.
The rooms were pristine, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it is truly the people and their outstanding customer service that make this place special. We felt incredibly valued as guests. Highly recommended!
