Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect! This was my second stay here within a year, and the staff still remembered me, especially Mr. Efe at the reception, which made me feel incredibly welcome.

​The customer service is outstanding. Upon arrival, we asked for a room with a better view. They immediately accommodated us, upgrading our room from the 2nd floor to the 5th floor.

​The hotel went above and beyond by arranging a lovely birthday surprise for my one-year-old daughter. The housekeeping staff on the 5th floor are super professional, very friendly, and even brought a balloon for my baby girl. Additionally, Ms. Nuray from the Guest Relations department was amazing, whatever you need, she will make sure to make it happen. I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever I return to Ankara.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded our expectations

Gerçekten her anlamda beş yıldızı hakediyor. Sözün özü, kendi evimde gibi hissettiren bir tesis. Şahsen çok önemsediğim temizlik, otelin her tarafında net olarak kendini gösteriyor. Kahvaltısını deneyimleyebildim ve hem çeşit hem de lezzet olarak gayet başarılı. Personelin müşteri iletişimi oldukça iyi. Genelde günübirlik kullanıyorum tesisi. Sublime experience but some service deficits from the male staff
Pros:

Sublime experience: beautiful hotel, excellent service, and receptionists will help you with any request. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, the spa area is really nice and has refreshing drinks besides water. I was exceptionally happy about the sublime customer relations employee: Nuray was always quick to help and solve everything to my satisfaction.

Cons:

Recommendations obtained at reception are not always helpful, though, and sometimes seem a bit unprofessional (e.g., the male receptionists trying to convince you to take a 450€ shuttle to Cappadoccia instead of taking a bus for 30€ in total). I don't know what in the male "old boys network" that is, where they try to refer you to somewhere possibly to get their own benefit from it as well. I really did not like that part.

Bei der Ankunft war kein Parkplatz wie angegeben verfügbar. Ihr Personal hat mein Fahrzeug auf dem Gehweg vor dem Eingang abgestellt und den Schlüssel behalten. Dieses Vorgehen ist inakzeptabel. Ich erwarte eine Erklärung und eine angemessene Entschädigung.

Cons:

Kein Parkplatz wie angegeben. Auf Nachfrage wusste Ihr Personal nicht, warum das Hotel mit Parkmöglichkeiten wirbt. Ihr Personal hat mein Fahrzeug auf dem Gehweg vor dem Eingang abgestellt und den Schlüssel behalten.
Das Hotel ist veraltet möbliert. Die Duschkopfhalterung war verdreht; trotz meiner Meldung haben Sie den Schaden nicht behoben. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist stark eingeschränkt — man kann dem Gegenüber die Hand geben.
Das Frühstück ist gut; es gab jedoch nur zwei Wurstsorten. Ich erwarte eine Erklärung und eine angemessene Entschädigung.

Cons:

We kregen een kamer in een hoek waarvan je het verkeer dag en nacht hoort. Dit is erg storend. De pvc ramen het glas is wel dubbelglas maar niet echt geschikt voor een hoek kamer straatzijde. Wellicht een aandachtspunt voor het hotel. Voor de rest was alles goed.

Pros:

This hotel is fantastic! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. Plus, the location is absolutely perfect, just a short 7-8 minute walk to Center Kızılay. Highly recommend it! I'll definitely be back.
