Sheltered Parking, practical and fast check in, room exactly like in pictures.

Cons:

Facilities, they should change or give more instructions on using the facilities inside the room, they are hard and not practical using them.
Kettle for example, but also shampoo dispensary etc

Amazing in every way.... the colorful room decorations and furniture...the staff went above and beyond to be kind and hospitable
Quiet neighborhood in downtown...peaceful
Fridge was actually cold upon arrival!!! Freezer part even refroze my ice bags!!

Perfect for a stay by car in San Antonio.

Great location to visit San Antonio. Free parking.

Cons:

We arrived at 1pm. Check in was at 3pm. The rooms were already cleaned… still .., if we wanted to enter our room one hour earlier (at 2pm) we had to pay 20 dollars extra! We travel a lot… never experienced this before.

Staff was really friendly and helpful, let us park after checkout so we could go and visit the Alamo, much appreciated.

The price is right and the location is PERFECT!!
Pros:

Excellent place to stay!! All your needs are close by. Denny's, Mi Tierra and Market Square just minutes away. HEB is 3 minutes away in case you need to replenish any items. Alamo Dome and the Tower of the Americas minutes away. La Coronela Mexican Restaurant is before HEB. Excellent place for breakfast. The room was big, bathroom spacious and everything was clean and neat. The nights were quiet and the beds soft and very comfortable. I slept all night long We always stay there when we travel to San Antonio. The price is right and the location gets you to your location in minutes.

Cons:

We like very thing about this place! I know there is no coffee or breakfast but I've always taken my Keurig with my favorite blend of coffee and explore different restaurants in the area. I'm on vacation and I don't mine spending a little more.
