Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Der grosse Schrank im Zimmer ist super. Auch die Zimmergrösse ist gut. Wir waren auch froh, gab es eine Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Der Raum mit dem Frühstücksbuffet passt überhaupt nicht, eigentlich eine Katastrophe. Er sieht aus wie ein Sitzungszimmer, speziell die Tische und Stühle. Dort wird auch Material gelagert, das vielleicht nicht mehr gebraucht wird. Die Brotauswahl ist sehr bescheiden. Beim Blick aus den Kellerfenstern sieht man auf die Müllcontainer. Besser gar kein Frühstück anbieten!
Das Duvet ist eigentlich zu klein für zwei Personen.

Pros:

Great charging infrastructure. Worked well.
A gourmet burger bar in the hotel was a nice surprise.

Cons:

The shower was tiny. There was two sinks, but an extremely cramped shower. It would have been better to have one sink and a proper shower.

● bequeme und saubere Betten / Bettwäsche
● gute Parkmöglichkeiten beim Hotel

Cons:

● Das grelle LED-Licht beim Eingangsbereich im Hotelzimmer konnte nicht gelöscht werden. Lösung: Lichtschalter mit Klebeband in ½ Position fixieren oder Strom ganz ausgeschalten.
● In der Nacht nur Online Reception (F/E) keine physische Hilfe möglich
● Das Bad fanden wir nicht sauber (Kalk) WC-Paier und Flüssigseife wurden nicht aufgefüllt
● Frühstück mit CHF 20.-/p zu teuer

Unkompliziert, gelungener Stilmix!
Pros:

Fussdistanz ins Zentrum war sehr angenehm, auch zum See, an die Promenade war optimal.
Zimmergrösse und Einrichtung war funktional, und die Deko ansprechend minimalistisch.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für Menschen mit Gluten- und Laktoseintolleranz leider noch nicht angepasst.

Pros:

La climatisation et l'accueil

Cons:

Pas de room service : C'est une violation directe des critères des 4 étoiles. Le service en chambre (boissons et repas) est obligatoire au moins 16 heures par jour. S'ils n'en ont pas, ils n'ont pas le droit d'arborer 4 étoiles (sauf s'ils sont classés "Garni", et même là, un service de boissons minimal est requis).
Porte de douche qui frotte et plus de savon : Le manque de savon relève d'un problème de ménage basique (faute professionnelle pour la gouvernante). La porte qui frotte est un défaut de maintenance qui peut devenir dangereux (le verre sécurit sous tension peut exploser).
Bruit du couloir et frigo non encastré : L'insonorisation des portes et l'intégration du mobilier font partie des critères de confort acoustique et visuel pour obtenir la note maximale sur l'aménagement de la chambre.
Rideaux occultants trop courts : Un hôtel 4 étoiles exige une occultation totale de la lumière (blackout) pour garantir le sommeil du client.

Vu la Canicule le climatisation était la bienvenue.

Wir freuen uns, wieder in dieses Hotel zu kommen.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Murtensee entfernt. Super freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Schöne, saubere und geräumige Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Leider ging das Fenster des Zimmers auf die Baustelle. Dahinter war ein Murtensee zu sehen. Aber wir verbrachten die ganze Zeit in der Altstadt Murten, deshalb hat uns die Baustelle nicht gestört.
