Für ein 4Stern Hotel nicht akzeptabel.
Cons:

Es war nicht sauber. Abfalleimer im Zimmer nicht geleert. Kein neues WC Papier. Matraze grosser brauner Fleck und keine gute Schlafqualität. Alte Abgewetzte Möbel. Loch in der Badezimmertüre. Rund ums Hotel nicht aufgeräumt und nicht geputzt.

Murten sehr schön, Hotel enttäuscht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut
Bett gross, hart aber gut.

Cons:

Das ist kein Viersternehotel. Es gibt keinen Tresor, und keinen Kühlschrank.
Die Dusche ist alt und beim Gebrauch wird das ganze Badezimmer nass.
Die Klima musste bei Aussentemperatur von ca. 30 Grad nicht eingestellt, wurde erst nach Nachfrage eingestellt.
Kleiderschrank sehr alt.
Parkplätze sind draussen.

De 4**** is 1.5 * te veel. Het weinige personeel is overigens erg vriendelijk.
Pros:

Goed bed en linnengoed, royale kamer, schoonmaak op de kamer was netjes, airco aanwezig.

Cons:

Voor een 4 **** accommodatie onvoldoende. De studio met kitchenette was onvoldoende tot niet voorzien van bv kopjes, bekers, glazen, pannetje, handdoek en vaatdoekje etc. De mini koelkast was defect; alles bevroor.
Douche cabine erg klein door ligbad en kraan lastig instelbaar. Geen beveiliging qua temperatuur. Toiletpot aanslag van lopend water wat een vieze indruk wekt.
Ontbijt sober. Geen mogelijkheden voor gasten met dieetwensen.
Rondom het gebouw wordt geen onderhoud gepleegd wat een slechte indruk achterlaat. Een asbak aan de achteruitgang wordt nooit geleegd. Het restaurant terras ligt op de parkeerplaats.

Pros:

Lage, Nähe See.

Cons:

Sauberkeit Badezimmer, Kalkflecken am Boden, Staub rund um duie Waschbecken. Schummriges Licht im Badezimmer, keine Chance um sich schminken zu können. Für Fr. 20 pro Perspn Frühstück zu teuer, Auswahl klein. Am Nachmittag 16 h keine Möglichkeit etwas zum trinken zu bekommen. Bar geschlossen. Am späteren Abend war sie dann offen.

Nice inexpensive hotel with AC in rooms and good quiet location by the the lake
Pros:

For the price I paid on Booking.com (around $100 USD per night) it was a great value! After reading some bad reviews, I had doubts. But it turned out to be a great hotel. The AC was perfect - super quiet and cold. The bed is very very soft and comfortable (I had a twin room and pushed 2 beds together to make one large bed). I had a room with lake and mountain view. Large room, large bathroom, nice tile floors. There was a construction going on in front of the hotel but with the windows closed I could not hear it, so it was ok. A 3 minute walk to the lake. A 10 minute walk to 2 grocery stores - Migros and Denner plus Migros restaurant. A bus stop next to Migros is a big plus. You can also walk to the train station and very cute old town with 11th century castle (20 minutes). The hotel staff was awesome, very nice and accommodating. I used this stay as a base to explore Switzerland by train.

Cons:

The fridge is small and quite old. But most hotels don't have refrigerators at all. So still good.
Far from interesting places (Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, Zermatt).

Weniger als erwartet
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und nahe an der Seepromenade. Der Lift war spitze und sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Wir waren um 16:00 Uhr im Hotel, wir konnten kein Happy Landing machen, nur Getränke aus dem Apparat. Wir bekamen für unsere Motorräder keinen Einstellplatz, obschon mehrere Plätze frei waren, mit der Begründung, wenn man über Booking.com bucht, gibt es keine reservierten Plätze. Dieses Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und verdient keine 4 Sterne. Das Frühstück war das Geld nicht wert. Wir werden nicht mehr kommen.

Im Bad fehlt Umschalter von Regendusche zur Handbrause, Fassade knackt laut bei Sonneneinstrahlung, Zimmer am Nachmittag noch nicht aufgeräumt, Rezeption meist nur im Videochat besetzt, Frühstücksraum schmucklos im Keller
