Der vierte Stern hat gefehlt!
Pros:

Kalte, kantinenartige Lokalität! Ambiente lässt zu wünschen übrig. Keine 4 Strrne! War früher besser!!!!

Der Barkeeper hat uns beim Check-in geholfen. Empfang am Bildschirm konnte keine Deutsch.

Frühstück war lieblos - zwar zweckmässig aber ohne Freude zubereitet. Rührei war kalt und hart.

Wir sind enttäuscht und werden uns für eine andere Unterkunft umsehen! Schade, um die Toplage.
Pros:

Eine junge Dame am Empfang hat sich sehr bemüht, dass die defekte WC-Spülung wieder funktionierte. Dankeschön!

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist ziemlich bescheiden. Käsescheiben und Streichkäse im Greyerzer land! Keine grosse Auswahl an frischen Früchten (wir waren im Juni da).
Für Brotnachschub musste an der Rezeption via Bildschirm nachgefragt werden. Da war wenig Personal.
Das Badezimmer ist schmuddelig, WC- Schüssel mit Urinstein, WC-Beseli defekt und unbrauchbar, viele Kalkflecken in der Dusche.
Der Vorhang hing herab, wir hatten das Gefühl, das Hotel hat seine Blütezeit hinter sich.

Nicht würdig für 4 Sterne

Nettes Personal

Cons:

Frühstücksraum war in einem Kellerartigem Raum mit kleinen Oberlichter. Für den Preis von 19 Franken pro Person war die Auswahl sehr überschaubar.
Die Dachterrasse war in desolatem Zustand. Mit überfüllten Aschenbecher und Blechdosen die bei Wind herumflogen. Da wurde während unserem Aufenthalt nichts gemacht. Unser Zimmer wurde nicht richtig gereinigt und der Abfall nicht entsorgt. Wir sind jeweils um 10 Uhr auf Fahrradtour gegengen un jeweils gegen 14:00 zurückgekommen. Die Zimmer waren noch nicht gereinigt. Einmal mussten wir nach 15:00 noche jemanden suchen, der die Reinigung durchführen konnte.
Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder in der Garage abstellen. Leider meisten nur im Dunkeln in diesem Bereich. Der Schalter beim Lift funktionierte nicht undeiner wurde abkeklebt. Wir mussten jeweils zum Garagentor gehen und dieses auslösen, damit wir für 5 Minuten Licht hatten.
Die Plakette beim Haupteingang mit den 4 Sternen von 2016 ist nur noch ein Witz. Bei einer Neubeurteilung müsste mindesten 1 Stern wegfallen.
Wenn wir nächstes Mal nach Murten kommen, werden wir uns sicher eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

Es gab leider für diesen Preis kein Frühstück schö war fdass das Hotel so nah am See war

Cons:

Dass das Zimmer Bodenerdig war obwohl die Fenster vergittert waren musste man immer die Virhänge zuziehen

Das Burgerrestaurant im Erdgeschoss ist sehr empfelenswert.
