The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Bookings.com didn't respond quickly enough to the venue for them to prepare the room. There was no toilet paper and the remote for the TV was not in the room. The quality of the room wasn't up to expectation for the price you pay.

Staff/facilities was amazing although setting is questionable
Pros:

We liked the modernity of the room and the bed was amazing.

Cons:

Well the location is extremely off putting and the neighbourhood is very dangerous and sketchy. I would also like if there were more milk/creamers in the rooms for coffee and tea.

Pros:

Staff tried to assist and do the best they could. Cleaning staff were friendly.

Cons:

Carpets dirty, tiles broken, air cons not working, no lighting in certain areas, no security during the day, shower does drain. Missing utensils in self catering. The entire property needs a major upgrade. Breakfast was poor.

overall stay was fine.
Pros:

The location was great, close for everything. Also felt save and no street noise.
I could take me pets with.

Cons:

The kitchen is disappointing; there weren't any dishcloths. The plates, bowls and glasses weren't in sets for 2 people. there was just 1 wine glass and bowl. No toaster in our unit. The room was fine, lighting in the room could be better.

Pros:

I loved that the staff were so friendly and helpful. Liked the self catering option.

Cons:

I cant say there is anything that I did not like. Ruslamere was once a beautiful place and with a little bit of maintenance it can be restored to its former beauty.
