Please note that Hôtel Spa du Béryl is getting into renovation! From June 1st to October 15th, 2026, the balneotherapy area (swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna) will be exceptionally closed and inaccessible.
However, treatments will continue to be provided by our spa team during this period.
For guests who made a reservation before April 1st, 2026 and whose stay falls within the closure dates of the balneotherapy area: we offer you the possibility to postpone your stay to a later date (no later than March 31st, 2027, excluding July 14th – August 15th and December 31st), without any additional fees.
Hôtel Spa du Béryl will be pleased to offer you, upon arrival, a €5 gift voucher per person, per night.
This voucher can be used as you wish for any of our activities* within the hotel or the Casino (*excluding services already included in your package and cinema. Voucher must be used in a single transaction, non-refundable, non-modifiable, non-exchangeable).
For all wellness treatments, please contact the hotel at least 2 days before arrival in order to make an appointment. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
The reception is open until 21:30. In case of late arrival please contact the hotel in advance to obtain the entrance code.
Guests wishing to reserve a parking space, please contact the property in advance to obtain the necessary access codes and the map. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Additionally, for everyone’s comfort, we remind you that pets are allowed in our establishment (one pet per room). However, it is important to note—both for your pet’s well-being and that of our guests—that pets must not be left alone in the room.
Any damage or complaints related to a pet left alone in the room will incur additional charges.
We also remind you that a supplement of €12 per night applies for each pet, payable upon arrival at the hotel.

Le personnel tres gentil. Hotel proche a pied de toutes les commodités (magasin/casino/cinema/lac). Calme.
De mon transat vue jardinière de fleurs (dommage pour la vue lac). J aurai pu avoir la même vue d une fenêtre sans payer de supplément. Toujours sur la terrasse aucune intimité avec les voisins a cote et au dessus et vue également sur la terrasse du restaurant. Moquette couloir et chambre taches/sales. Les murs de la chambre auraient besoin d un bon nettoyage. Salle de bain, manque de pression pour prendre une douche.
I was made aware when booking that the spa pool facilities were not available during our stay and that parts of the hotel were being modernised / refurbished. I was welcomed by the friendly receptionist and car parking was explained. The car parking is at the rear of the hotel via a secure barrier, a good size carpark and electric charge points are available for EV owners. Our room was nice, modern contemporary style (no mini bar or fridge). The Restaurant was open on the Sunday Evening (which is the main reason I booked this Hotel) We had a table for 6 persons and enjoyed an evening sunset on the outside Balcony while enjoying our lovely meal. The resort is very nice, (we had not been here before) and we enjoyed drinks and breakfast at a local cafe. A nice vibe.
It was a shame there was not a Lake facing balcony lounge for us to relax in after the meal but I was aware the hotel is under restoration. We just walked across the road to the lake wall and enjoyed a couple more bottles of champagne!
Hôtel très agréable, en plein centre de Bagnoles, doté d'une terrasse d'où l'on peut admirer le lac. Lits très confortables, plateau de courtoisie bien rempli. Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant sont, eux aussi, d'un très bon niveau. Un parking est à notre disposition, ce qui est très pratique. Le personnel est courtois, aimable et disponible. Je le recommande.
Peu de remarques à faire car cet hôtel est très bien. Je précise juste qu'un frigidaire, en période de grosse chaleur, aurait été le bien venu pour garder l'eau au frais et que les salles de bain que nous avions, étaient dotées de baignoires, mais ce serait pratique s'il y avait une poignée dans la baignoire. Toutefois ces salles de bain sont d'une grande propreté et agréables.

Malgré la fermeture du spa pour travaux,cet hôtel mérite vraiment ses trois étoiles pour l'accueil, la décoration, le propreté le confort, ( clim),le petit dejeuner le personnel et le rapport qualité prix. La petite ville est charmante , assez animée, de belles boutiques

From the warm welcome on arrival until our departure, everyone we came into contact with was friendly and professional. Comfortable bed and excellent water pressure from the shower.
Great location
The swimming pool was under maintenance, so I didn’t have access during my stay.
