The hotel and its facilities are very basic. The room we were given smelled of sewage, the air conditioner worked poorly (in the room), the gym has no air conditioning at all. In the dining room there are disposable cups and cutlery. The good coffee machine is paid for. You have to pay for beach towels.

Decepcionante, ni resort ni 4 estrellas.
Pros:

Aspectos positivos: buena ubicación, buena limpieza, todo el rato he visto como limpian todo, hay dos zonas de piscina, la relax y la de fiesta, están genial las piscinas.
En resumen, 0 recomendable si no eres italiano y si crees que vas a un resort 4 estrellas.

Cons:

No debería tener categoría de resort ni 4 estrellas. Es un complejo de 3 estrellas y ya, quizás hace 50 años era algo muy top pero necesita un lavado de cara. Instalaciones antiguas, zonas de jardines sin cuidar, edificio sin pintar… la última noche se fue la luz y estuvimos media hora sin luz y sin aire acondicionado. En las zonas comunes hace calor, no se si hay aire acondicionado peor si hay no se nota y es horrible el calor que hace, todo el mundo con abanicos. El wifi no funciona y la mayoría de veces aparece red sin conexión a internet. El servicio de taxis no fue puntual ni un día así que si vais con ellos al aeropuerto reservad con margen de antelación porque son unos impuntuales y siempre ponen la excusa del trafico.
El nivel de desinformación que hay es exagerado, haces el check in y ni te dan un mapa del complejo ni te explican nada.
No está preparado para el turismo internacional, solo para los italianos. Apenas se habla inglés y me refiero a un nivel básico para pedir “agua fría”. No hacen el esfuerzo de hablar inglés ni por entenderte. El “equipo” de animación, son adolescentes que parecen hacer practicas y que se pasean como los reyes del complejo, en los resorts de verdad que he estado, los trabajadores de animación están para animar y dedicarse a los huéspedes, aquí nos esquivaron todo el rato porque sabían que eramos españoles y se les hacía un mundo comunicarse con nosotros ni en español ni en inglés. Por eso solo está preparado para el turismo italiano, nos hemos sentido excluidos.
Lo de la playa privada es un cachito pequeño lleno de tumbonas que ni puedes poner la toalla.
Solo hay un restaurante “Pizzeria Al Saraceno” en el que no hay pizzas y cada día hay un único menú y ya, así que mejor coged pensión completa aunque quizás perdáis un día si vais a pasarlo fuera. Las habitaciones muy sencillas y antiguas, ¿cómo va a ser de 4 estrellas una habitación sin balcón?

Il nostro punto di riferimento per le vacanze da 4 anni!
Pros:

Torniamo per il quarto anno di fila un motivo ci sarà no? Tutto ottimo a due passi dal mare, camere pulite, staff cordiale e aggiungerei altre 10 stelle per la comodità della "cucina delle mamme" per chi ha bimbi è una salvezza accessibile H24 cucina dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici (aggiungerei solo un piano induzione in più). Ottimo!

Purtroppo quest'anno l'animazione non mi è piaciuta affatto (e non solo a me). I ragazzi si vedeva che erano volenterosi e ce la mettevano tutta, ma li abbiamo trovati molto più freddi e distaccati rispetto ai team degli anni precedenti. È mancato quel calore, quella spontaneità e quel coinvolgimento a cui eravamo abituati negli anni passati anche semplicemente una chiacchierata sotto l'ombrellone negli anni precedenti i ragazzi venivano sotto l' ombrellone anche per una semplice chiacchierata di pochi minuti quest'anno nulla si attenevano solo ai "compiti" da svolgere e teatro la sera un po' noioso. Che dire siamo stati una settimana e non so nemmeno il loro nome (a parte Stuzzichino). Speriamo in meglio l'anno prossimo
