Pros:

Freundliches Personal das sehr gut englisch spricht, große Anlage. Tolle Auswahl an Wellnessangeboten, Privatstrand, ordentlicher Pool. Zimmer sauber, großzügig, renoviert.

Cons:

Die Hotelanlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Klimaanlage ist mehrfach ausgefallen. Die Promenade vor und rund um das Hotel ist leider überhaupt nicht schön.

Good and comfortable stay
Pros:

Nice hotel with amazing view. The fresh orange juice in the breakfast was a plus, thanks to the staff that was preparing it at the moment. Bedrooms are comfortable, location is very nice.

Pros:

Sam hotel w porządku chociaż lata świetności ma za sobą. Niektóre pokoje mają wyremontowane łazienki i są dosyć duże. Szkoda że część pokoi ma widok na ścianę. Śniadania dosyć ubogie jak na 4 gwiazdki ale można było coś wybrać.. Na plus ładna plaża i wydzielona hotelowa część na plaży z leżakami.

Cons:

Brak jakiegokolwiek widoku z pokoju. Brak ręczników plażowych. Brak czajnika w pokoju. Kubki jednorazowe w restauracji.

Had a lovely relaxing break and enjoyed the atmosphere
Pros:

Great local food and wine, lovely outside areas with plenty of poolside seating, exceptionally nice restaurant staff, high standards of cleaning staff.

Cons:

Lack of pricing information in restaurant, particularly as drinks no longer included as in previous years. Full details of options should be available on menu or explained by staff / and itemised on bill rather than receiving large unexpected charges at departure. Also I'm disappointed that baths have been removed and replaced with showers which I do not enjoy ☹️

so good you don't want to leave
Pros:

after 4 previous years at this hotel I wanted to try out one of the suites and was not disappointed - I could easily move in here :)
food as always was absolutely perfect for me as there is great variety of local dishes and menus and the chefs take full advantage of seasonal food
all staff are excellent and assist with any request - always helpful with recommendations etc

Cons:

- was a bit of a problem to get a suite as I could only get a 3-day booking - availability was quite scarce - so opted for 4 nights in another room to complete my holiday. but this was not ideal as rooms have recently been upgraded to large walk-in showers / all baths removed - which is not my preference.
- as mentioned in my other survey there has been a major change this year where drinks (wine/water) are no longer included so I was hit with a large unexpected bill on departure which came as a nasty surprise as there was no information from staff re changes although I now see some small print on the menu - think this needs to be advised at checkin

Pros:

Location is great!!! Close to the train station, with great connection with the city and the airport. Resort is great, good pool and beautiful beach. Food was great (we took the half board and it was worthy) and rooms are very comfy, with a great view. Great value for money!

Gostamos do hotel. Muito limpo e funcionários, no geral, muito simpáticos. Tínhamos regime de meia pensão e tínhamos uma mesa, diariamente, atribuída ao nosso quarto. Praia privativa com direito a espreguiçadeiras e guarda-sol.
Localização muito boa. Perto do aeroporto

Cons:

Tinha um chefe de sala, no restaurante, que era antipático e com o serviço sempre muito confuso. A ilha tem vários problemas estatais, o que é uma pena.

Nosotros tomamos media pensión y la comida era una porquería igualmente el desayuno es de mala calidad.
Para un precio de 125 euros por habitación y noche , como íbamos varias personas cogimos tres habitaciones. Nos dieron las tres en planta primera con ventanas a un patio ,la primera tenía Ventana con salida a un motor de la salida de humos de la cocina. Dentro de la habitación parecía que estabas junto al motor de un reactor de avión. Las otras do
s la ventana daba a otro patio con motores a las máquinas de aire acondicionado generales del hotel.
