Wonderful stay , close to beach and great restaurants. Lovely receptionist
Pros:

The location is fabulous with the beach a 3minute walk and excellent restaurants only a short walk from our apartment. The views were great and the person on reception was extremely warm, kind and helpful

Cons:

Some salt and pepper in the apartment would have been great. We were disappointed by the size of the bed. Felt like a double but could have been a very small Queen. Floor was sandy and we needed to vacuum.

It was unclean. Were told to keep quiet and go in off balcony at 8.45 pm and close door and put on air-conditioner that stank of mould. The thick dust on bed heads. Cockroaches in the kettle. Mould in the shower recess. Black dust on bedspreads.

Pros:

Well equipped and clean , not too noisy ,dedicated car parking

Cons:

Beds springy and soft for me ,,we booked a room with balcony ,but we're given a terrace on the ground floor ,no privacy .

Excellent value apartment
Pros:

Apartment was spacious with all you need for a comfortable stay.
Great bed and furnishings also very well equipped kitchen for anyone who wanted to cook

Pros:

Great location with only short walk to Kirra Beach but also center of Coolangatta/Tweed Heads. Access was easy and reception was lovely and responsive.

Cons:

I was sharing the smaller room in the apartment which was poorly soundproofed to the outside hallway and also with quite translucent blinds. Also only one outlet in the room which meant my friend had to charge her phone in the kitchen.

Good location for Kirra Beach. Accommodation very dated.

One of the biggest issues was the extremely bright lights positioned directly outside the bedroom, which were left on all night. Unfortunately, there were no proper block-out curtains or ways to reduce the light.

We would strongly suggest the owners address this issue. Room 205

Ok stay . Great location , friendly staff but apartment we stayed needs a makeover

Great location . Walking distance to restaurants and shops . Good size rooms . Balcony with great view

Cons:

Bathrooms need a makeover , more water end up out if shower due to not being sealed properly or designed properly. No face washers no working fans in bathroom and carpet ended up soaking at door to ensuite due to shower issues . Showers also not clean at bottom edge of screen and glass door . Only sheets on beds no blankets on actual beds but they were supplied in cupboards.

Cons:

Pool was listed as a heated pool. It was very cold and sea was warmer, we still went in though. A resident said its never been a heated pool due to expence.
