WARNING!!Unacceptable state of affairs
Pros:

The only thing that was positive and kept to standard was the reception area. Giulia the receptionist was polite and professional.

Cons:

I booked on the day of my arrival for 2 nights for 1 person I got there late evening on a Thursday, no parking whatsoever in and around the hotel even though they publicize that there are parking spaces at the hotel but none of them where available and they ask €15 per night.
When I arrived the plan was to quickly drop off my belongings and make my way out to visit friends. I was given my room key and I happily headed towards my allocated room, problem was when I arrived I could not open the door and After a few tries a man opened the door! I was so confused, headed to reception where the guy was super apologetic but also seemed confused when I told him that my room was already taken...and then after he found a room he told me he will give me an upgrade by allocating me to a quadruple room. I was alone but hey I'll take a big room.
It was room 110/112 it has a single entrance and then two doors where there are 1 double bed in one room and 2 bunk beds in the other. I quicky dropped my stuff and left without actually looking around the room but I could tell it was certainly way outdated with most of the corridor walls being actual massive mirror walls and the color of the let's say "normal" walls where red with a black shiny frame.
When I left to go see my friends they guy at reception asked me if I liked the room, I just said... It's certainly big.
Went out and came back at around 1.45am went upstairs and went straight to bed.
The next day when I woke up I could finally look around the room, this is where the nightmare begins. Dirty carpets with bits of all sorts on the floor and I mean all sorts from fluff to hairs to even small plastic wrappers/bags. The wallpaper was blood red but most of it was peeling off and in some areas was completely ripped off, stained or both. There was painters tape hanging over the edge of the Aircon fans on the ceiling. Fridges were leaking water and weren't working right.

Pros:

L'accoglienza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale. La colazione con prodotti di qualità, ampia la scelta sia dolce che salato. La pulizia quotidiana con il cambio di asciugamani. La direttrice e i suoi collaboratori, con il sorriso, hanno risposto a tutte le mie domande, aiutandomi durante il mio soggiorno.
Ottima la convenzione con il bagno Nettuno, gestito da persone affettuose e gentili.

Ottimo soggiorno. L'hotel unisce una posizione comoda a pochi passi dalla spiaggia alla tranquillità. La camera e il bagno si presentano puliti e dotati dei confort essenziali. Gustosa varia e abbandonante, con prodotti freschi, anche vegani, la colazione. Staff premuroso, professionale e accogliente. Consigliata per una vacanza di relax.

Pros:

The hotel is very charming and welcoming, with an excellent location close to the beach and only a 10–15 minute walk from the train station. There are also plenty of shops nearby, which is a great advantage.

The breakfast was exceptional, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The value for money is excellent.

I can't wait to come back!
