Clean and good value for money.
Pros:

In-room facilities were good for preparing own breakfast.

Cons:

Had some difficulty with the digital door lock on front door (Room 4). I think the unit is wearing out. Sometimes the numbers on the number pad would not spring back after pressing them which meant you might have to have two or three attempts to open the door.

Really lovely place to stay!
Pros:

Lovely and comfortable, had a great rest, room was really lovely, big bathroom, big comfortable bed, lovely hot electric blankets, can’t wait to stay again!

Really good base for someone wanting to stay on this area.
Pros:

Great value for money. Clean, relatively quiet (for Melbourne). Bed was comfy. Good location for what I needed.

Overall it was the perfect location and could be even better with better cleanliness.

Cons:

The room was not as clean as it should have been with towel rail in the bathroom broken and provided only 1 toilet paper for 3 people for a 3 day stay.
