If you expect to arrive after 14:00 please inform the property in advance.

Apartments cleaning and changes of bed and bathroom linen are carried out once a week.

Please note reception is closed after 12:00 on Sunday. If you are expecting to arrive after that time you must contact reception to make arrangements.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Наш апартамент был на 6 этаже, открывался красивый вид на город. Постель была удобная. Номер был большей, удобный диван перед телевизором. Есть кухня. На балконе есть стол и стулья, комфортно завтракать.

Cons:

Мы случайно выключили бойлер, выключатель рядом с выключателем света (контролируйте, что бы горела лампочка на бойлере). На кухне не было кухонного ножа, только столовый. Не было кофе и чая.

The location is excellent, right in the city center, and it's very convenient for exploring the area.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I had a few issues with cleanliness. The floor was dirty and looked like it had only been quickly wiped. There was also a huge clump of hair on the balcony, as if hair from previous guests had been collected there for months.

Another issue was the shower. It definitely needs to be repaired, as it was very difficult to take a proper shower.

I hope these issues will be addressed because the hotel has a great location and could offer a much better experience.

Pros:

Tutto perfetto, posizione ottima cinque minuti sei in centro negozi bar e ristoranti c'è tutto, due minuti sei in stazione dove ti puoi spostare sia in treno oppure in autobus per altre località

Cons:

Il ceck out dalle 8.30 a mio parete un po' tardi , alcuni possono soggiornare anche per lavoro con necessità di lasciare prima il residence.

Pros:

Läget och storleken på rummet.

Cons:

Kundservicen och hjälpsamheten. Man är tvungen att hämta ut en nyckel innan klockan 1 men får inte rummet förrän exakt klockan 2 och absolut noll manöverutrymme i detta. Killen i receptionen var noll hjälpsam även när det kom fler kunder som inte visste hur man skulle göra då de kom utanför receptionens öppettider. Istället vandrade han bara förbi och gick. Boendet i sig är helt okej men hans uppträdande drar ner betyget.

Struttura a due passi dal centro.
Letto molto comodo.
La zona ristrutturata molto bella.
Host pronto a rispondere alle esigenze.

Cons:

La cucina ed il bagno davvero fatiscenti.
La pulizia dell’appartamento e della struttura è davvero scandente.

Good location, but needs updated kitchen supplies
Pros:

Location was great. Close to the station. The apartment was spacious and had a washing machine which was a bonus. Easy late check in instructions.

Cons:

The kitchen supplies need an update. Some of the bowls and plates would have broken if I tried to use them. The vegetable peeler was broken but I managed to fix it. There was no chopping board. And no proper knife - only a steak knife - to chop vegetables etc.

Un alojamiento un poco justo
Pros:

Un alojamiento que ha tenido tiempos mejores. Se nota todo antiguo, y le falta limpieza; se nos cayó algo detrás de la cama y vimos que eso no se movía desde hace años. Muy justo.

Pros:

Amazing and large apartment with a balcony near the Trieste Centrale Area and the Grand Canal. Lots of amenities ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

I don't have any negative remarks to pinpoint. The room was perfect and I would definitely consider booking my stay there again if I were to travel to Trieste again.
