If you expect to arrive after 14:00 please inform the property in advance.

Apartments cleaning and changes of bed and bathroom linen are carried out once a week.

Please note reception is closed after 12:00 on Sunday. If you are expecting to arrive after that time you must contact reception to make arrangements.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

great spacious location, very clean, had a washing machine!
Pros:

Fantastically large apartment (with a washing machine!) in a great location. Was easy to pick up keys and go there. Great price, and reserving & confirming went easily. We would stay there again next time we're in Trieste.

La situation. Proximité de tous transports, magasins, centre ville etc. Apartement confortable, propre et au calme avec terrasse. Informations d'accès disponibles avant arrivée.

Cons:

Manque de prises électriques dans l'appartement....une toute petite équivoque.

Nice place with great location, close to restaurants and bars.
Pros:

The rooms were nice, very big bathroom, big fridge. It was clean and tidy. The location is very good. Very big balcony with nice view.

Cons:

As we shared the room with another couple, there was no door to separate the bedroom and the dining area with the sofa which was prepared as a second bed, which we didn't expected.

Que la habitación no tenía puerta, íbamos tres adultos y no había intimidad. El cuarto de baño la ducha tragaba mal. Escaleras interiores sucias falta de limpieza en general.

Convenient for sightseeing in Trieste, but not a hotel.
Pros:

Convenient for major walking area in Trieste and near bus and train terminal.

Cons:

Couldn’t leave luggage, which is major drawback for travelers. List of appliances we could NOT use. Had to take out our trash and wash dishes, but no drying towel provided. It should be presented as short term rental and not a hotel.

Posizione centrale, comoda ai servizi e ai luoghi di interesse.
Pros:

Per un viaggio di lavoro, ottima posizione a due passi dalla stazione dei treni e dalle principali linee di autobus della città. Raggiungibili a piedi anche tutte le aree centrali (Piazza Unità, Rive, Viale). Spazio interno all'appartamento molto grande e comodo per poter anche lavorare qualche ora.

Cons:

Il bagno della mia stanza era un po' piccolo, soprattutto la doccia. Il primo giorno abbiamo avuto un problema di cattivo odore di fumo nel corridoio del mio piano, quando in tutto il palazzo vige il divieto di fumo. Non sarà stata colpa della struttura, ma piuttosto fastidioso.
