Apartments cleaning and changes of bed and bathroom linen are carried out once a week.

Please note reception is closed after 12:00 on Sunday. If you are expecting to arrive after that time you must contact reception to make arrangements.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

der große Balkon ist super! Und die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, wir sind von dort aus durch die wunderschöne Stadt gelaufen. Der Weg zum Bahnhof ist ncht weit wir haben einen tollen Ausflug zum Castello Miramare gemacht.

Super Lage, schöne saubere Unterkunft, würde ich wieder buchen Check in bis Schlüsselbox sehr gut.

Excelente opción para alojarse en Trieste!! Estuve en un apartamento en el 8° piso (ascensor hasta el 7, último tramo con escaleras). El apartamento es muy cómodo, bien distribuido y con un sector de cocina que permite arreglarse bastante bien con comidas simples. Heladera, microondas, anafe eléctrico y lavarropas. Dejan detergente y esponja para platos, pero no para la ropa. Buena iluminación de ventanas que tienen persianas y cortinas, por lo que puede oscurecerse completamente. Distancia a pie tanto desde la estación como al centro. Buena comunicación también con autobuses en cuadras cercanas. Supermercado a 300 metros. Aire acondicionado. Recomiendo!!!

Cons:

Es mi caso particular por mi altura (1,80), pero la cabina de la ducha de 70x70 cm me resultó extremadamente incómoda y pequeña. La presión y la temperatura están perfectas.

Läget. Storleken på lägenheten.

Cons:

Lägenheten är mörk och utifrån ytan relativt oinredd. Så är även korridorer och trapphus. Ingen bemanning på boendet. Lapp med stränga instruktioner och förväntningar på gäster (bl. a. bära ut sina sopor).

Skvělá poloha, možnost nechat si elektrokolo uvnitř domu a přes noc nabít.
Velmi pohodlná postel, příjemné povlečení a hlavně klasická peřina.
Velká výhoda byla pračka.

Cons:

Málo vybavena kuchyň. Chyběla vývrtka, ostrý nůž a také bych ocenila sůl a pepř.
Velmi chybělo velké zrcadlo. Je jen uvnitř skříně a u něj stojíte příliš blízko.

Soggiorno molto piacevole. Tenere in considerazione i parcheggi.

Appartamento molto bello e luminoso, letto molto grande. Gradita la presenza di tapparelle. In particolare il terrazzo, molto ampio. La posizione è molto buona, perchè siamo dietro a Piazza Oberdan, per i parcheggi (a pagamento) e per l'autobus, e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Trieste.

Cons:

L'aspetto negativo riguarda sempre la posizione. Di notte le strade sono abbastanza trafficate e c'è un po' di rumore.
L'annuncio su booking indica la presenza di parcheggi auto, ma non è indicato chiaramente che sono esclusi dal prezzo del soggiorno e sono da prenotare per tempo.
