If guests require the hotel to send booking confirmation to an embassy (for visa procedures), please be informed that the hotel will charge the full, nonrefundable amount of reservation costs to the guest's credit card beforehand. Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 25kg. A charge of 60 PLN per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.
A cleaning service is available after every fourth night. If you'd prefer it to be cleaned during a shorter stay, please let reception know by 9 pm, and we’ll gladly arrange it for the next day.

Dostałam łóżko wspólne z córką mimo próśb oraz nie dało się całkowicie zgasić lamp przy łóżkach. Siłownia mała i sprzęty ciężko chodzą.
Wysoka czystość, duży i wygodny pokoj z łazienką. Wysoki komfort, bardzo wygodne łóżko. Doskonała lokalizacja w centrum Poznania, blisko wiele sklepów i restauracji. Spełnił nasze oczekiwania, polecamy.
Parking wewnątrz podziemiu pobliskiej galerii, samochodem 2 minuty, powrót pieszo to juz 5-10 minut, natomiast można zatrzymać się pod hotelem na tymczasowym postoju w celu wyładowania bagaży. Trochę monotonne śniadania. Trafiliśmy do hotelu w weekend, który był wyjątkowo tłoczny. Obsługa wyraźnie nie radziła sobie przy tylu gościach ze sprzątaniem ze stołów i uzupełnieniem jedzenia, podczas śniadania. Tak duży hotel, powinien być na to przygotowany.

Dużo przestrzeni w pokoju i w łazience- wanna to panaceum na dzień pełen zwiedzania. Batdzo wygodne i szerokie łóżko. Lokalizacja w walking distance od rynku i dworca, przystanek tramwajowy naprzeciw. Jest czysto i nowocześnie. Wiele usług dodatkowych czy rzeczy można zamówić z poziomu aplikacji - superwygodne, szczegolnie dla obcokrajowcow. Sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa. Klub fitness ze strefą spa i gorącą sauną to dodatkowy atut. Na pewno tutaj wrócimy.
Blisko do dworca pkp, jak i centrum miasta. Dogodna lokalizacja, a na tym nam zależało robiąc sobie weekendowy city break po Poznaniu.
Big room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and there's lots of options.
Bathroom could use some maintenance (water was running out of the shower), but everything was very clean.
