Important information:

If guests require the hotel to send booking confirmation to an embassy (for visa procedures), please be informed that the hotel will charge the full, nonrefundable amount of reservation costs to the guest's credit card beforehand. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 25kg. A charge of 60 PLN per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.

A cleaning service is available after every fourth night. If you'd prefer it to be cleaned during a shorter stay, please let reception know by 9 pm, and we’ll gladly arrange it for the next day.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Amme oli kivan kokoinen ja huone myös.

Było bardzo spokojnie
Pros:

Personel bardzo był pomocny w zwiąsku z moimi alergiami i byli w satie znaleść zamienniki ( na bufecie śniadaniowym)

Pros:

The staffs converse in English well. Very accommodating and respectful.

Cons:

Lots of convenient stores and pubs around. Just 15 minutes walk from the train station and mall. Public transportation is very convenient.

Urokliwy klimatyczny hotel blisko starego rynku
Pros:

Hotel bardzo dba o gości, na wejściu lemoniada i ciasteczka, cukierki, bardzo miły akcent!
Hotel jest piękny, urokliwy przez jego architekturę i klimat kamieniczki. Jednocześnie w środku jest bardzo elegancji i detale są dopieszczone.
Codziennie zmieniane ręczniki, donoszona kawa i herbata do pokoju.
Czuliśmy się świetnie!

Pros:

Super lokalizacja, blisko przystanku tramwajowego i centrum.
Po godzinie 22 pomimo informacji, że kuchnia już zamknięta zostałam obsłużona. To było miłe.

Cons:

Śniadanie było ok, choć przy tej klasie hotelu można by się spodziewać bardziej urozmaiconego menu. Dojście do bufetu niezbyt komfortowe.
Odkurzacze i zestawy do sprzątania pozostawione na korytarzach to był widok dziwny, jak w agroturystyce. W hotelu z 4 gwiazdkami nie do przyjęcia.
Zamówienie pokoju 2 osobowego tymczasem zestawy kawy, herbaty i kosmetyków jak dla 1 osoby. Prośby w recepcji bezskuteczne.

Lokalizacja rewelacyjna, drugi plus kaloryfer w łazience działał

Po pierwsze obsługa sali restauracyjnej, personel kocha "puste przebiegi" po sali, kompletnie nie ogarniają bałaganu na stolikach; najlepiej zjeść po otwarciu sali wtedy jest wszystko wyłożone, z czasem jak nasila się ruch wszystkiego brakuje (rekord pieczywo - 8minut)

Recepcja przy zakwaterowaniu "wszystkie informacje znajdzie Pan na opakowaniu klucza do pokoju" - sauna umawiać należy się na godziny - standard jak wszędzie, tylko jak personel pomyli godzinę rezerwacji to na przepraszam nawet liczyć nie można; nie mówiąc o tym, że menadżer dosłał info i też przepadł bez wieści do dziś 😂
