If guests require the hotel to send booking confirmation to an embassy (for visa procedures), please be informed that the hotel will charge the full, nonrefundable amount of reservation costs to the guest's credit card beforehand. Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 25kg. A charge of 60 PLN per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.
A cleaning service is available after every fourth night. If you'd prefer it to be cleaned during a shorter stay, please let reception know by 9 pm, and we’ll gladly arrange it for the next day.

Convenient as both walkable from the train station and to the town centre. Bars, restaurants, shops all within yards. Room was nice and comfortable. Good breakfast with plenty of options.

Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, więc można było zwiedzać zarówno pieszo, jak również podjeżdżać komunikacją. Blisko do sklepów spożywczych oraz kawiarni, czysty pokój, klimatyzacja, możliwość przechowania bagaży. Ręczniki oraz darmowa woda na siłowni
Mało kapsułek do kawy, podczas sprzątania następnego dnia można je było uzupełnić. Szkoda że w pokojach nie ma lodówek. Siłownia faktycznie jest, ale jednak ilość dostępnych masz lub możliwych ćwiczeń jest bardzo ograniczona

Location is good.
Room was so dry and humid. Had to have windows open the whole time. You'd expect more from a 4* hotel. Also, the fact that we ended up with a twin bed after we opted for a double.
Czystość w pokoju, udogodnienia-lodówka, suszarka. Wygodnie łóżka, ciemne kotary, klimatyzacja, blisko do centrum.
