На моє прохання адміністратор розмістила мене в номері, якому я надаю перевагу під час своїх візитів до готелю

Cons:

Цього разу перебування в готелі співпало з моїм ДН. Замість якихось компліментів чи хоча б елементарних слів привітань з боку готелю постійному клієнту, адміністратор підійшла і забрала з номеру вартістю 2,5 тис.грн другу пляшку води, вартість якої не більше 10 грн. Така дрібниця, а зіпсувала враження про вже любий мені готель. Взагалі не зрозуміла, що це було. Залишився неприємний осад.

Рекомендую. Я б повернувся ще раз в цей готель.
Pros:

Гарна локація. В нас вікна виходили у внутрішній двір і було тихо. Привітний персонал. Чистий номер, який щодня прибирали. Все чудово, зняли один бал за невеликі потертості на стінах і за малу різноманітність сніданків. І сніданки були більш схожі на вечерю або на обід.

Cons:

Якийсь конкретний мінус виділити не можу.
