Anders, wie bislang gewohnt, aber trotzdem schön !
Pros:

Da voll belegtes Haus war das Servicepersonal, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, gestresst. Die Reinigungsdamen waren (nach Trinkgeldgabe) freundlich und gut.
Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert, es gibt auch keine Ventilatoren, was im heißen Sommer misslich ist. Die Damen am Empfang gingen sehr "ruppig" mit den Gästen um. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut, nur der Herr für die Erstellung der Eierspeisen war "überfordert". Eine zweite Person wäre hier von Vorteil gewesen. Das Buffet am "Festspielabend" war dagegen ausgezeichnet. Der Bustransfer zum Schiff klappte problemlos.
Das nahe Strandbad zur Mitbenutzung entschädigt aber für alles: ruhige, saubere Atmosphäre herrschte dort. Fahrradunterbringung war gut. Da das Hotel "unique" ist - vor allem wegen seiner sensationellen Seelage und der schönen Aussenterrasse, kommen wir schon seit über 30 Jahren dorthin und kommen auch wieder :-)

LAGE, SERVICE PERSONAL RESTAURANT, ZIMMER, ESSEN

Cons:

Rezeption ! nur eine älterne blonde Dame war sehr serviceorientiert. Alle Wünsche möglich gemacht. Die jüngeren zwei Rezeptionisten waren kein gutrs Aushängeschild für ein Grandhotel! Ankunft ; die Zimmerschlüssel wurden ausgehändigt, es wurde nicht mal kurz informiert wo die Zimmer oder der Fahrstuhl ist. usw. Kein freundliches Lächeln !

Würde kein zweites mal anreisen !!!
Pros:

Frühstück mittelmässig, nicht besonders.
Es ist alte Pracht, aber der Komfort fehlt, den man mittlerweile bezahlt, aber in diesem Hotel nicht vorhanden ist. VÖLLIG ÜBERTEUERT !!!!

Unterkunft und Verpflegung viel zu schade, um nur einen Tag zu verbringen
Pros:

Ein altehrwürdiges Hotel mit großer Tradition. Die Zimmer sind modern mit allem, was man braucht eingerichtet.
Hervorzuheben sind der angrenzende Park und die herrliche Terrasse, auf der man auch sein Frühstück genießen kann. Es gibt nämlich ein solches.
Direkt am Bodensee gelegen, kann man auch kostenlos das angrenzende Strandbad nutzen.

Cons:

Die Barfrau wußte nicht was ein Drambuie ist ( Isle of Skye Liqueur ), obwohl er im Regal stand.

Pros:

Amazing old lakeside property. Great rooms with lakeside that bring you back to a glorious past time. At times a little outdated but that adds to the charm.

Gorgeous park and great breakfast, there is also also a private beach club you can have access to.

Cons:

Small improvements: allow dogs into the private beach club. You do allow them in the hotel and they can also swim in the park where the hotel is. As long as a dog in on the leash and well behaved I do not see an issue. Also would be good to have air condition units if temperatures are above 30 degrees Celsius. Staff could be better trained, sometimes the waiters were not paying attention, were a little short with worlds or letting you wait long. For a high class hotel, the staff should be on point.

Otherwise amazing and will come back!!

A hotel adottsága kiváló, a kiszolgálás általában korrekt, de nem közvetlen, a konyha egylldalú.
Pros:

A környezet, a hotel berendezés a strand.

Cons:

A v és csora rendkívül egyoldalú, egyfajta izl3snek felelt meg. Erről a honlapon nem volt tájékoztatás, sőtt ellenkezőleg. Mi azér kértünk vacsorát, mert a helyi ízeket íg3rték, nemzetözivel kiegészítve. Ehelyett egy megjehetősen egyoldalú, speciális kínálat volt, más választási lehetőség nélkül. Így vacsorát a második napon lemondtuk.
Egy ilyen szinvonalú hotel személyzetéről elvártuk volna, ha ennek okát megkérdezik, esetleg segítséget adnak alternatív megoldásra. Ez nem történt meg!
A reggeli elfogadható volt, bár elég szűk kínálattal

Pros:

Super Lage mit tollem Blick auf Lindau. Sehr schöner Park mit altem Baumbestand. Man hat immer einen Schattenplatz gefunden. Das Hotel selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch gepflegt mit kleinen optischen Mängeln. Man fühlt sich wie in einem alten Peter-Alexander-Film. Leider keine Klimaanlage, daher im Zimmer sehr sehr heiß. Das Strandbad ist sehr schön und war nicht überlaufen. Als Hotelgast kann man es gratis nutzen - es gibt ein kleines Buffett und genug Liegen. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das Balkongeländer benötigt einen Anstrich. Der Parkplatz war aufgrund einer Hochzeit zu klein.

Für ein paar Tage Auszeit zu empfehlen
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage am Bodensee. Freundliche Mitarbeiten. Strandbad alt aber toll hergerichtet.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Kreativität beim Frühstück bei einem Hotel der Preisklasse wünschenswert. Zimmer und Speisesaal ohne Klimatisierung.
