Tidy clean hotel, convivial staff and bar. Meals ok as well.
Out of town, public transport limitations although only there for the weekend. Really need a rental car .

It was easily accessible with convenient parking.
Check in was unnecessarily long and the duty manager didn’t know if the room was clean, handed us a key and were told to let him know if the room needed attention.
They allowed a trailer of racing dogs to be parked a few meters from our room, they started barking and crying around 5am, the executive manager of the hotel response was ‘ we cannot control outside noises’ even though the dog trailer has been allowed to park/ stay on hotel property.
Very poor and inconsiderate.
We also arranged for a late checkout - hotel cleaners let themselves into our room around 9:30hrs.
The room was great. Plenty of space and everything was lovely and clean. Tea, coffee and Hot Chocolate and milk supplied.
Breakfast was awesome. Cooked and continental available. Staff were friendly and helpful.
