Une expérience passable. Hôtel calme et personnel accueillant mais on voit que ça tire le budget

Calme, le spa, repas du soir, gentillesse à l’accueil

Cons:

Propreté, poussière, déchet d’emballage de préservatif. Le hamam non fonctionnel et prise dans la chambre non plus. Petit déjeuner léger.

Le lieu est super ! Et les filles de l'accueil sont très gentilles.

Cons:

Marqué piscine chauffée, elle était glacée. Le hammam ne fonctionne pas. Le sol est sale (de la piscine, du sauna, pour aller aux toilettes...)

La chambres, confortable. Mais ne pas regarder la propreté ! Des moutons de poussière sur le sèche serviette, la vmc. Des tâches douteuses sur le mur. Le tapis pour aller à l'ascenseur est tachée de tache noir !!
Les tables pour le petit dej sont malheureusement mal nettoyées. Petit déjeuner cher pour des croissants et pains aux chocolats surgelés, c'était pas cuit à l'intérieur.

Pros:

La beauté du château et son parc et le confort, ainsi que l’espace détente

Cons:

Espace détente n’est pas nettoyé chaque jour et le sauna et le hamam ne sont pas ouverts automatiquement le matin à 9h30, il faut en faire la demande et le temps que ça chauffe, on en profite que vers 10h30

OK if you need to sleep from the airport.
Pros:

The spa was nice

Cons:

No bar or food. Nobody on site after 8pm. I had a problem and if a resourceful young lady did not fix it before she left I would have been without plugs for the night. Nice outside building but tired on the inside
