The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Locatation is good for visitimg Duxford. Good price if booked in advance.

Great location, supportive staff, but no AC during he summer is really difficult

Closeness to the train station and to our final destination.

There was no AC in any of our rooms which made for uncomfortable sleeping and preparations.

The size of the room. The staff

Cons:

I booked my room months in advance to find I had been given a disabled room, not what I booked. The shower had a mouldy shower curtain and a mouldy seat fixed to the wall. the shower pressure was so poor I couldn't wash my hair and the water barely warm. Also the bed was like a brick really not comfy.

Very noisy with the windows open, constant traffic noise and also planes overhead up to a certain time.
Aircon didn't work in the room

Good value for money.
Pros:

I shared a room with a handicapped friend. The staff were very attentive to his needs as a wheelchair user and the room was adequate. The hotel was clean. The staff were very friendly and it's right by a train station so for convenience I would recommend it also.

1. Cost of car parking in this sort of location was a clear profit add on and felt like taking advantage.
2. Front desk manager surly and unhelpful--surprised he said he was a manager.
3. Noise issues not flagged and poor rooms seemed assigned to those who didn't know better.
4. HVAC system just didn't work at level to handle what now needs to be expected.

The room was clean

I was charged for early check in. There was an available room, why the charge?
The air conditioning did not work. The thermostat was set to 27 I wasn't able to adjust the temperature so the room was uncomfortabley hot

Pros:

Location is good - shame it was so disappointing

Cons:

Booking a room in a heatwave it was completely unacceptable to find aircon broken when we arrived.
We were not informed. Resolution took several hours. Communication was poor and our options were limited by a 22:30 conclusion. The onsite staff were not truthful with us and the follow up was unsatisfactory.
I have more visits planned but I will absolutely NOT be staying here again.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist direkt an einer Bahnstation; 10 min. von Cambridge-Zentrum. Die Austattung war gut (Air condition, Lift, Große Zimmer). Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es sins genügend und sichere parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Da es an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse und an der Bahnlinie liegt, ist es bei geöffnetem Fenster relativ laut.
