The staff here were all very lovely, from reception through to the breakfast staff, they were all very nice. It’s a good

We booked this last minute as a flight was delayed by over 3 hours nd we had a long drive home. We arrived at 2.30 am and the staff could not have been more helpful. The room was large, incredibly clean with a lovely bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, and very comfortable beds.
The lady on the reception at night was so helpful, and really made us feel welcome at such an early hour in the morning

Cons:

Absolutely nothing, and I would definitely use this hotel again

We booked as there was a restaurant. We were told we would be better to go to pub near by as they could not accommodate food.

Pros:

The room was acceptably clean. The bed was comfortable. The television was ok. The staff were helpful.

Cons:

I thought the cost for a room was more than I would usually pay at somewhere like a Premier Inn. The cost of the breakfast was high, if I chose to have it. I am a light eater and was not prepared to pay the amount for a full breakfast, when I only wanted a bowl of cereals. An option to pay for what you eat would be helpful.

Good for 1 or 2 nights stay, not longer.
Pros:

The stafg attitude.

Cons:

The AC was not working and when it does was soo noisy that i had to ask for room change. The noise was lower but still annoying.

If I was paying on exit of the stay they wouldn’t have received a penny, sadly we had prepaid.
Pros:

The only thing this place was good for is it was close to my place of work

Cons:

Microwave meals, poor breakfast, lack of hygiene by cooks, toast was the only thing safe to eat. £10 if you pre-booked was way to expensive. We asked for our room to be refreshed on our second day only to find on our return at 7.30pm it was as we left it in the morning.

Ive stayed here before and was really lovely , hence why we returned . This year the breakfast was excellent and well cooked . The breakfast staff were extremely pleasant as well

We shall return next year to Duxford, Cambridgeshire, and stay hopefully at the Holiday Inn.
Pros:

My friend and I often stay over-night at this hotel for the Duxford Battle of Britain airshow. Arriving early Sunday morning, departing midmornig Monday. A quiet and relaxing sleep, perfect for our stay.
It is an excellent haven and provides an excellent breakfast selection for the journey home. The staff are most helpful and present a picture that represents warmth and kindness to any request or an instruction of a guest during their stay.
Excellent!

Cons:

There was nothing to critise during our stay. Information was readly availble by the pleasant reception stafr and any queries were promptly dealt with to the customers satisfaction. Commendable leader-ship.

2 previous good experiences at this hotel spoilt by this norm.this one.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The room was clean.

Cons:

Restaurant was very busy. Staffing was less than minimal. We were told there was an hour wait for a meal to be served. My husband got his after 1 hour and a half.
Mine stlll hadntarrived by 1 hour 40 minutes so I went to bed too tired to eat. My husband cancelled it and was offered a refund, which he accepted.
