Lift didn’t work which is understandable, stairwell not clean and windows filthy. The bins at the entrance were overflowing. Paying for parking on top of the fee makes the offering less appealing.

Pros:

We had a wonderful welcome, happy and courteous staff, spacious clean room with refurbished bathroom and perfect for our purpose. The hot breakfast was buffet style with all items promptly replenished (and it was very busy) and the staff worked so hard but were friendly and super efficient. We were a group of 12 all were happy.

Pros:

Easy to find, good parking. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Very clean, good size rooms. Breakfast was great!

Cons:

They only gave us two pillows for a double bed. I couldn't sleep at all as having one pillow per person is not enough, and there aren't any extra pillows in the room at all.

Pros:

Hotel great and location fab, lovely staff

Cons:

Pillows not great and wasnt keen on breakfast as alot of flies around the food which put me off

Good location and parking (has to be paid for)

Cons:

Lifts not working all the time we were there (2 nights). Hard bed, think they are old.
