Es war ganz ok bis gut, aber für den Preis hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet

Die Anlage selbst war recht gepflegt und die Service Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

1.) Bei der Ankunft standen uns (2 Personen) keine Handtücher zur Verfügung. Nachdem wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht hatten, wurden uns 1 kleines und 1 großes Handtuch zur Verfügung gestellt. Somit mussten wir erneut zur Rezeption und um einen 2. Satz bitten, den wir dann auch bekamen.
2.) Obwohl in der Zimmer Beschreibung vermerkt war, dass die Zimmer mit einem Bügeleisen ausgestattet sind, war keins vorhanden, somit mussten wir wieder zur Rezeption und bekamen dann eines auf‘s Zimmer gebracht.
3.) Stand bei der Ausstattung des Badezimmers: Whirlpool, das entsprach nicht den Tatsachen, es war lediglich eine große Badewanne.

Alles perfekt für entspannte Tage direkt am Lake Viktoria
Pros:

Die Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet, ebenso die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und fast von überall kann man auf den See sehen. Der Pool ist fast ein Infinity Pool mit Seeblick. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, wobei es ein bisschen mehr international sein könnte. Und das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere Ali. Er hat mir sogar mit meiner Autopanne geholfen.

Cons:

Die Qualität des Essens hat mich nicht ganz überzeugt.

It was amazing for her
Pros:

I booked the stay for mum for her birthday weekend and she loved it. She had a cake waiting in her room and a flower arrangement wishing her a happy birthday. The staff executed the surprise so well and they had friendly and warm service all throughout her stay. Thank you for making her stay memorable
