Disappointed and expect a free night in the future
Pros:

Ammenities were extremely comfortable

Cons:

No 1 no television available
No 2 being woken up to the alarm going off to evacuate & smoke
No 3 be woken up again later in the night by banging on the door across the way because of smoke and then the running of an industrial fan for some time ( don’t know when we got back to sleep , we woke late and had to be out by 10 am and on our way)
No 4 conveniently no one was at the desk on the way out to express our disappointment

Convenient well priced short stay accommodation
Pros:

Good value studio apartment, location was good for us as we were just passing through, not visiting Canberra. Parking good. Luggage trolley good, though they need two.

Cons:

A few more kitchen things would have been good, eg small plates for your toast, extra cutlery and other tools we got in Quests.

Value for money and in an ideal spot.

The motel is in an ideal area to shops and club. We

Cons:

The coffee bags were terrible And we asked for early admittance to our room as we had a funeral. The email acceptance but our room wasnt ready so we had to finish getting dressed in the car park. The receptionist said she would ring when ready but she never did.
