Hotel godny polecenia, tylko uwaga na cenę parkingu - 19 Euro za dzień!

Lokalizacja hotelu rewelacyjna. Blisko do centrum miasta, a także do przystanku autobusowego. Hotel położony jest w pięknym otoczeniu zieleni. Duży basen, wystarczająca ilość wygodnych leżaków. Czysto. Dostępne ręczniki basenowe. Pokój duży, wygodny. Systematycznie sprzątany. Balkon z meblami ogrodowymi i suszarką na pranie - to niewątpliwie atuty hotelu. Jedzenie smaczne i urozmaicone. Obsługa w restauracji bardzo miła i pomocna.

Cons:

Kwestia parkingu hotelowego. Wiedziałam w trakcie rezerwacji pobytu, że parking jest płatny. W trakcie meldowania się w hotelu zapytałam recepcjonistkę mnie obsługującą o dokładną cenę za dzień parkowania samochodu. Poinformowała mnie, że cena ta wynosi 11 Euro. (Per day). Kilkakrotnie to powtórzyła. To była dla mnie i męża miła niespodzianka, bo taka cena była przez nas akceptowalna i uznaliśmy, że zostawiamy samochód na parkingu hotelowym i nie ma potrzeby szukania innego, tańszego parkingu. Po trzech dniach pobytu, gdy chcieliśmy wyjechać z parkingu okazało się, że opłata parkingowa wynosi nie 33 Euro(3x11), lecz 57 Euro (3x19). Gdy zgłosiłam swoje zastrzeżenia w recepcji- tym razem była inna załoga niż przy zameldowaniu - recepcjonistka zaprzeczyła, aby cena za dzień parkowania wynosiła 11 Euro. Powiedziała, że cena wynosi 19 Euro. Nie miałam wyjścia i musiałam zapłacić 57 Euro, aby móc wyjechać. Sprawa ta nie dawała mi spokoju, bo czułam się wprowadzona w błąd, a wręcz oszukana podczas meldowania się w hotelu w kwestii ceny za dzień parkowania samochodu na parkingu hotelowym. Tym. razem w recepcji była jeszcze inna recepcjonistka i ta z kolei potwierdziła, że cena za tylko jeden , pierwszy dzień parkowania wynosi 11 Euro, ale tak naprawdę nie za cały dzień tylko za 5 godzin, a gdy się je przekroczy to cena za parking wynosi 19 Euro za dzień. Pytałam, czy z uwagi, że będziemy w hotelu aż 2 tygodnie, to czy możemy liczyć na rabat za parking, bo 19 Euro za dzień to stanowczo za drogo. Powiedziała, że skontaktuje się w tej sprawie ze swoim szefem, który będzie następnego dnia w pracy. Następnego dnia w recepcji rozmawiałam w tej sprawie chyba z tym szefem, ale ten tylko stwierdził, że cena za dzień parkowania wynosi 19 Euro. Gdy mówiłam, że zostałam wprowadzona w błąd w tej kwestii i, że otrzymałam 3 różne wersje od recepcjonistek ceny za dzień parkowania - ten tylko opryskliwie poinformował, że cena za dzień parkowania wynosi 19 Euro.

Insgesamt schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Schöner Pool gute Infrastruktur im Hotel. Preise für Getränke durch die Bank günstig.
Die Zimmer und Betten ok. Personal sehr nett.

Cons:

Wer über booking bucht, muss den Parkplatz mit 19,-€ am Tag bezahlen. Das finde ich schon ziemlich dreist. Wir waren 14 Tage dort!!!
Das Essen in der Vermuteria ist ziemlich gewöhnungsbedürftig. 😬
