Bloß nicht buchen. Das reinste Horrorhaus

Rezeption unfreundlich.
Zimmer verschmutzt.
Mobiliar größtenteils kaputt.
Lampenschirmen mit Schmorschäden, weil die Lampenfassungen lose sind.
Türen notdürftig "repariert" mit diversen Einbruchsspuren.
Fahrstuhl zuletzt 2013 geprüft.
Steckdosen lose und teilweise offen.
Beschichtung der Badfliesen platzt ab.
Spülkasten undicht.

Unter den Betten wurde anscheinend lange nicht mehr geputzt, hier lagen unter anderem Fake Anklebewimpern.


Das einzig positive ist, überraschenderweise sind uns keine Kakerlaken begegnet.

Ganz in Ordnung für kurze Aufenthalte, einfach und sauber
Pros:

Ich habe das Hotel viel besser vorgefunden als die letzten Rezensionen es beschrieben haben . War angenehm überrascht. Der Eingengsbereich bis hinauf in den 3. Stock sind mit richtig ansprechenden Gemälden ausgestaltet. Auch im Zimmer schöne Gemälde. Die Teppichböden in den Fluren und meinem Zimmer sauber. Das Zimmer war rundum ansprechend sauber. Auch das Mobiliar ansprechend wie auf dem Foto der Webseite. Die Aussicht aus dem 3. Stock geht direkt auf ein kleines Naherholungsgebiet an einem See. Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Die Matratze war weder schlecht noch wirklich gut. Der Hauseingang ist Tag und Nacht offen. Kein Frühstück und auch kein annehmbares Lokal oder Bäckerei (außer man mag Burger King) in der Nähe. Das Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet und einer gut befahrenen Straße. Mich hat es nicht gestört. Gut für 1-2 Nächte wenn man beruflich in der Gegend zu tun hat und keinen Luxus benötigt.
