Torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel
Pros:

Molto buona la colazione, con scelta adeguata tra dolce e salato. Abbiamo anche cenato più volte nel ristorante dell'hotel, e siamo rimasti assolutamente soddisfatti dalla qualità e freschezza dei cibi. Molto bella la piscina interna e la spa.

I liked the position of the hotel in the hillside, separate, quiet, the lobby was great and the staff and in the garden, lovely garden.
The meals were good and one could eat on the terrace.
But THE HOTEL NEEDS TO GET NEW Coffee machines see for breakfast!!!

UNA SOSTA PROVVIDENZIALE
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte (eravamo di rientro delle vacanze). L'accoglienza e la gentilezza della reception è stata fantastica, in quanto anche se la cucina stava chiudendo è riuscita a farci comunque cenare (eravamo reduci da ore di coda in autostrada). La cena è andata bene (anche se la pasta sicuramente già pronta da un po' era scotta ma noi siamo anche arrivati tardi). La piscina è bellissima peccato non aver potuto collaudarla.

Cons:

Migliorerei sicuramente la colazione che offre molto ma secondo me su torte e brioches si può alzare un po' il target.

Pros:

ottimo hotel, sia per visitare la città con navetta gratuita, che per godersi la struttura.
Camera molto grande, datata ma comoda.
Colazione buona, con scelte anche per i celiaci ed intolleranti al glutine. Personale gentile e disponibile.
Piscina coperta
garage molto comodo.

Cons:

climatizzazione da rivedere, in ogni camera sono presenti due impianti e si riaccendono anche se li spegni... mistero

Pulizia delle aree comuni e della piscina... molto scarsa.

Secondo la mia opinione quest'anno forse ho trovato un po' meno scelta nella colazione a buffet. Ma per il resto personale sempre attento alle esigenze

Great stay, very relaxing, very comfortable and great staff
Pros:

Very comfortable and very nice bed and bathroom. Staff was very nice. Had a good indoor swimming pool. Restaurant was very good.

Cons:

Sometimes google maps doesn’t help with the bus lines and if you’re not by car can get a little stressful to get around, but they did have a great and free shuttle service from the property to the city

Struttura ok, posizione comoda.
Pros:

La struttura è bella e grande, la posizione è perfetta per visitare Assisi, la piscina al coperto è ottima sia per le termperature assurde estive sia per gli altri periodi dell'anno.
Staff cordiale. Per errore altri clienti hanno addebitato una cena sulla nostra stanza ma lo staff per fortuna non ce l'ha fatta pagare. Ok anche l'esclusione della tassa di soggiorno per disabili.

Cons:

Avendo una struttura molto grande alcune parti fanno fatica ad essere manutenute, quindi in giro, magari non nei principali posti frequentati oppure se fate qualche giro in più, si trovano un sacco di finiture non tenute oppure sportelli rotti, stanzini sporchi, ecc.
La colazione se la provate per un giorno è buona ed ha una discreta scelta, ma se come noi state per un'intera settimana vi annoierà molto anche perchè non cambia mai.
Da rivedere la modalità di spesa sulla stanza, da una parte può essere comodo dare solo il numero di una stanza per spese extra ma dall'altra parte ci possono essere inconvenienti, errori o peggio come scritto sopra.

Tutto, struttura bellissima e in un ottima posizione, staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, cucina ottima e varia così come la colazione. Molta attenzione anche per quanto riguarda le intolleranze come glutine e lattosio. Anche la Spa è stupenda Perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista.

La struttura è molto bella, pulita e accogliente.
Vasta scelta per la colazione e lo staff è stato molto attento a fornire alternative per allergia al latte.

Cons:

La posizione non è centralissima, ma comunque fattibile raggiungere il centro storico a piedi con una passeggiata di circa 15/20 minuti.
