Mala gestión y falta de comunicación por parte de recepción

El personal de restaurarte muy amables

Cons:

Lo peor fue que nos enviaran a otro hotel la primera noche sin consultarnos, especialmente porque viajábamos con una persona con dificultades de movilidad. El otro hotel no tenía las mismas instalaciones. También hubo problemas de comunicación en recepción, con el aparcamiento y el acceso a la piscina. El personal del restaurante y del bar fue muy amable, pero la organización dejó mucho que desear.

Excellent hotel, excellent hotel!
Pros:

Compared to the airbnb in Florence, BV Grand Hotel in Assisi was an excellent choice. We knew it would be busy because of St. Francis of Assisi's 800th death anniversary but the staff were professional and went above and beyond to assist their guests. The rooms were super clean and the restaurant, although busy with pilgrimage tours offered delicious food and drinks. The views were to die for.

Excellent hotel with lovely amenities and stunning views
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was quite nice. Conveniently located on the Jitney bus route into the basilica area. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant. Very reasonable prices and EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Pros:

Hotel curato nei minimi dettagli, accoglienza perfetta e personale sia di sala che di reception eccezionale. Abbiamo provato sia il ristorante che la colazione ed è stato tutto ottimo. Il servizio navetta molto comodo, posizione ottima anche per le fermate del bus e parcheggio interno comodissimo per l’auto. Lo risceglieremo sicuramente per un prossimo soggiorno
