Pros:

Very good location and splendid view from the balcony! Magic sunset in Piano di Sorrento! Helpful staf! Very nice options for breakfast! Wonderful beach and restaurants right under (at the sea level) by the lift at 150m from the hotel.

Vista incrível e ótima estrutura
Pros:

O hotel oferece uma experiência muito agradável, com portaria 24h — algo essencial para quem pode ter atrasos de voo ou trem. Equipe extremamente prestativa. O quarto é muito bom, com destaque para o balcão de frente para o mar, que é simplesmente lindo. O café da manhã também é bom e atende bem às expectativas. O elevador é pequeno, mas não foi um problema para nós.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto é realizada diariamente, o que é um ponto positivo, porém, durante nossa estadia de 5 noites, as toalhas de banho não foram trocadas nenhuma vez, o que poderia ser melhor organizado. Por esse detalhe, a nota não foi máxima.

Panorama super!
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale con colazione consumata davanti ad una vetrata con panorama mozzafiato. Dispone di parcheggio coperto in garage. Staff gentile pronto a dare consigli utili.

Cons:

La colazione può essere migliorata e l'ascensore, un po' lento ed in condivisione con il condominio, solo per due persone e noi eravamo in tre. Comunque nulla di grave.

J'ai été déçu par la qualité des produits au petit déjeuner, beaucoup de produits industriels.
Savon individuel dans salle de bain, en terme de développement durable et de praticité il conviendrait de passer à des distributeurs. Ne pas changer les serviettes de toilette tous les jours non plus.
peu de rangement dans la salle de bain
Magnifique vue sur la mer mais malheureusement bruit dû au passage de voiture.
Ne pouvions ouvrir la fenêtre sûrement par sécurité mais parfois besoin d'aérer

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, disposant d'un balcon avec une superbe vue sur la marina et la mer.
Salle de bains propre et spacieuse également.
Petit déjeuner continental plutôt bien fourni.

Cons:

Le matelas du lit était un peu trop dur.
L'insonorisation à améliorer, la chambre était juste à côté de l'ascenseur.

Pros:

La vista era eccellente praticamente sul golfo colazione internazionale buona e abbondante personale gentilissimo e simpatico ci hanno consigliato alcuni ristorantini buoni e ci hanno tenuto le valige oltre al check out.

forse un po vecchiotti gli arredi e il bordo doccia da sistemare.
