L emplacement avec la plage devant et au milieu de la rue piétonne et des petits magasins

La atención fue excelente, el último día como teníamos que dejar la habitación a las 12 nos dieron una tarjeta para poder salir y entrar del hotel sin problema y además nos dejaron unas duchas de cortesía en las cuales tenías de todo, hasta toallas. Y así pudimos disfrutar de la playa y la piscina hasta la hora de coger nuestro vuelo. Sin duda para repetir. Fueron todos muy amables.

Camera ampia, con tutto il necessario.
Letto molto grande, e comodo.
Bagno grande con doccia altrettanto comoda.
Pulizia quotidiana buona. Piscina privata.
Colazione e cena molto varie, buona qualità del cibo.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

Odličan hotel, za svaku preporuku! Iznenadio nas je bogat i raznolik doručak, a svakoga dana drugačiji što je izuzetno pozitivno za one koji duže dana borave u hotelu. U hotelu je svake večeri bilo događanja te se lako moglo zabaviti uz društvo. Cijene su pristupačne, a osoblje ljubazno i susretljivo. Sve je bilo čisto i svakodnevno održavano, plaža izuzetno blizu kao i stanica za autobus te restorani i kafići. Nadam se da ću se vratiti u ovaj smještaj.

Lovely hotel. Staff are fantastic. Had a small issue and it was dealt with brilliantly, staff couldn't do more too help. Pool is excellent and plenty of sunbeds. Perfect for solos, couples and groups.

Tout était très bien. Manque le spa et piscine chauffée.

Solides Hotel, nur durch die Strasse vom Strand entfernt. Schöne, saubere Anlage mit viele Palmen und viel Grün. Sie wird jeden Tag, samt Pool und Liegen, ordentlich gereinigt und gepflegt. Die Zimmer haben fast alle, abhängig von Etage und Ausrichtung, mehr oder weniger Meerblick. Sie werden innerhalb kürzester Zeit sauber gemacht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Da wir uns die Insel anschauen wollten, haben wir nur mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr abwechslungsreich, an manche Tage sogar mit Sekt.
Das Hotel liegt nah zum Flughafen, es gibt etwas Lärm, aber das stört uns nicht. Liegt auch direkt an der Promenade, aber nicht auf der Party Meile, sondern im ruhigeren Teil der Ortschaft. Wir waren 10 Nächte im Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden.

The quality of the rooms and the reception, bar and pool areas was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was really good too, I can't comment on other meals as i was only b&b board. The staff were also very helpful and pleasant all throughout the hotel. It was very pleasant around the pool area, no mad games in the pool or loud music, one evening there was a guy playing music on a keyboard which was nice and relaxing. The location completes the package, under 10 minutes from the airport and beach is just across the road. There's shops and restaurants 5 minute walk away. The area is great for walking, half hour walk to one side of the hotel is the end of the runway and the other direction is Puerto del Carmen.
