Πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο

Ωραίες εξωτερικός χώρος με πισίνα
Το σημείο που βρίσκεται με ικανοποίησε απόλυτα.
Πολύ κοντά στο κατάλυμα βρίσκονται χώροι εστίασης και σούπερ μάρκετ. Όπως επίσης χαιρομουν καθημερινά την βόλτα μου κάνοντας μια πολύ ωραία διαδρομή ως την Playa Grande (περίπου 25-30 λεπτά περπάτημα)

The Peacefulness of the area and plenty of restaurants around

The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold foods, cereals, fresh juices, breads, pastries to cater for all tastes.
The poolside menu also had a good selection of food and drinks for non All Inclusive guests.
The pool was big and easily accessible for ages and abilities.
Hotel location is close to the beach and a number of local bars and restaurants in the Playa de los Pocillos area.
The daily rush for sun loungers at the swimming pool was not a pleasant experience with a strictly enforced policy of guests not allowed to reserve a sun lounger until 9am.
Lo mejor a sido la calidad humana del personal.y la atención al huésped en todo momento .hacen que todo sea más fácil del primero al último día.
El personal del bar de piscina,prácticamente todos ,súper atentos y amables,la chica que atendía el servicio de comidas en piscina ,súper simpática y siempre con una sonrisa .
En el restaurante ,una trabajadora con gafas, de unos 55/60 años delgadita ,súper profesional y atenta al detalle con todo.
En recepción, todos fantásticos hasta última hora de marcharnos a las 5 de la mañana la chica súper atenta.
En resumen.todos de 10 !!
La directora del hotel súper maja solucionandonos cualquier mínimo problema al instante y con mil ojos puestos en todo sitio a la vez,cuidando al detalle todo,todo 👏👏.
Tema habitaciones ,perfecto en limpieza ,confort y tranquilidad.
El hotel ,muy muy bien,,todo limpisimo.zona de piscina,aseos,etc.
Gimnasio equipado lo suficiente para poder entrenar.
Comida de bufet bastante buena.
En general todo muy bien,pero por resaltar alguna cosa mejorable,la comida del bufet,aunque buena,muy repetitiva y poco variada.
E echado de menos alguna noche gastronómica temática con diferentes comidas, tipo asiática,mexicana,o incluso de la zona.
En la piscina, el punto a mejorar totalmente es la animación. En una semana se marcho una chica,que la verdad,hasta paso desapercibida porque ni se la veía. El chabal joven, que estuvo prácticamente sólo, hacia bien su trabajo. Cierto es, que muy de sangre caliente y algo inexperto por su comportamiento en determinados momentos,que espero mejore,pero por lo menos se ganaba a todo el mundo.. y a última hora, llego otra Chica que ,más que animar y echar una mano ,daban ganas de irse a la playa en vez de quedarse en la piscina.(mi opinion).
Ojalá den con un bien equipo de animación, porque es lo unico que le falta al hotel para ser de 10.
Tema clientela, ganan por goleada los "guiris",españoles pocos,pero la verdad ,nada que objetar todos el mundo de lujo , a lo suyo y a disfrutar

The hotel had everything we needed. Gorgeous pool area which is right opposite the beach. Evening and day time entertainment was fantastic. The food choices were great. Staff were very pleasant. Fantastic value for money!
The pool got very busy but this is to be expected at a popular hotel. Our towels got moved by the life guard after being left unattended for 30 minutes, I think you should be made aware this happens when checking in so you don’t have a surprise to see someone else on the sun loungers you were on.
L’hôtel est très beau et dispose d’une grande piscine agréable. Le personnel est particulièrement sympathique et attentionné. J’ai rencontré un problème dans ma chambre (rez de chaussé, présence d’un insecte) et l’équipe a été aux petits soins : ils m’ont rapidement changé de chambre afin de résoudre la situation.
Le ménage est effectué tous les jours, tôt le matin et de manière efficace, ce qui est très appréciable. Le buffet est de bonne qualité, avec un excellent petit-déjeuner. Le choix est un peu plus limité le soir, mais les plats restent bons.
Boisson à volonté à la piscine + machine à glace très appréciable.
L’hôtel bénéficie également d’un accès direct à la plage, de boutiques à proximité et d’un parking gratuit, ce qui est très pratique.
Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, vous entendez les soirées de l’hôtel TOUS les soirs jusqu’à 23h30 environ … assez désagréable quand on veut dormir tôt.
Beaucoup de clients se jettent sur les transats des 9h pour le réserver, il peut être difficile d’avoir un transat à la piscine si vous arrivez l’après midi.
Les boissons sont payantes le soir en demi pension, même l’eau. 3€ à chaque repas … c’est dommage !
L’ascenseur semble vieillissant et peu fiable.
