Non ho fatto colazione nella struttura.

Cons:

Ci è stato richiesto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno che avevamo già pagato in sede di prenotazione. È stato un arbitrio e ci siamo sentiti amabilmente presi per i fondelli. Durante la registrazione, appena arrivati, ci sono stati impedimenti e discussioni, dato che non abbiamo gradito che l'impiegato fotografasser con il suo telefono personale i nostri documenti. Svago e relax in famiglia
Pros:

Ottima accoglienza e gentilezza da parte dello staff che ci ha fornito tutte le info utili sul parcheggio, mezzi e spostamenti da fare su Perugia. Camere ordinate e pulite ed anche molto silenziose pur essendo vicino la stazione centrale.
L'Hotel è situato in un ottimo punto vicino alla stazione che ti permette di arrivare in centro in poco oppure con auto gli spostamenti sono agevolati.

Cons:

Abbiamo deciso la mattina stessa di fare colazione lì ma non era possibile a causa della mancata prenotazione, ecco questo potrebbe essere un punto migliorativo. Comunque siamo andati a 3 minuti di lì in auto alla Pasticceria Etrusca molto molto buona.

Hotel senza pretese, ma ottimo come punto d'appoggio per visitare la città.
Pros:

Di fronte alla stazione, ma ben isolato acusticamente. Fermata minimetro vicinissima. Camera quadrupla molto ampia, climatizzata. Personale gentile. Set di cortesia in bagno.

Cons:

Scrivania quasi inutilizzabile perché occupata dalla TV; occorrerebbe fissarla a parete. Materasso piuttosto morbido.

I letti e la stanza sapevano di prodotti per auto, un odore esagerato di pulito che dava fin fastidio, quasi come se la stanza senza puzzasse o fosse sporca. Però non posso dire di aver trovato sporcizia

Ottimo per lavoro e viaggi di piacere in famiglia, a pochi metri dalla stazione.
Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, stanze discretamente pulite e comode, letto comodo, personale gentile e disponibile, colazione dolce facoltativa ma economica e sufficiente per saziarsi.
