Zentral und trotzdem ruhig!
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen! Günstiges Parkhaus in der Nähe!

Cons:

Dusche ist zwar ebenerdig aber trotz Vorhang wird das halbe Bad nass.

Horrible et honteux!

Horrible!!!! Une honte!! Trop cher pour ce que c'est... À éviter absolument!! Accueil froid et limite désagréable de la part de la cheffe de la réception, ainsi que de la réceptionniste qui n'était pas présentable et bien entendu inéfficace, elle ne sert à rien du tout, elle est inutile... elle a l'audace de mentir aux clients en prétendant qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire, au niveau du gros souci de la tévision, qui était cassée, et qu'elle devait avoir l'autorisation de son responsable afin de la remplacer... elle pouvait au moins nous changer de chambre, surtout pour le prix qu'on a payé +/-315€, c'est inadmissible cette attitude, non seulement cela n'est pas professionel, mais c'est surtout prendre les clients pour des imbéciles!!!
Quant à la chambre, tout était vraiment déplorable, TV cassée, rideaux sales, murs tâchés, robinets et pommeau de douche plein de calcaire et l'eau gicle partout... traces de rouille, diverses tâches un peu partout, traces d'humidité, les photos ajoutées parlent d'elles-mêmes, donc nous n'avons rien inventé ou imaginé. Cette chambre mérite rénovée entiérement pour répondre aux attentes de clients Belges et internationaux, car c'est vraiment minable et hyper décevant pour un hôtel qui pratique des prix pareil, la qualité doit suivre. À bon entendeur!

En plein centre
Pros:

La situation est parfaite, en plein centre, 5 min. à pieds de la grand place, 10 min. de la gare centrale, tout à proximité, bars, restaurants, boutiques, visites. Très calme car cour intérieure. Propre.

Cons:

15.-- euros le petit déjeuner c'est un peu cher, mais pas obligatoire de le prendre à l'hôtel.

Great location
Pros:

There was a lot of space! In a previous review someone had said they felt like they'd been put in an attic, a sort of forgotten space. I can see why it felt that way, but there was a bedroom, a living area, a dining area, a kitchen, another bedroom and an oversized bathroom.

Cons:

We were there during a heatwave and being on the top floor did not help. A fan would have gone a long way! (I did not think to ask for one, perhaps one was available.)
