Highly recommend
Pros:

Well presented , comfy beds, parking included as well as breakfast and a complimentary drink each. View from the apartment was quite good too. Air conditioning was very quiet, which is unusual.

Cons:

Parking was a little tight getting in and out of the underground car park.

Comfortable, quiet, and clean — with lovely staff
Pros:

Perfect location; close enough to tram stops to go either way — into the city or out to St Kilda.
Rooms are always extremely clean and tidy and inviting.

Pros:

Very nice room very comfortable bed the staff are amazing, polite and professional parking was good

Cons:

I didn’t like that. There was not much breakfast. There was no cereal
no apple juice only water or orange juice which tasted like cardboard l personally would not recommend the breakfast
