Pros:

It was warm for winter. The location was entertaining. We watched lacrosse while eating breakfast.
Breakfast was supplied with the deal.
The restaurant was lovely. Nice meal.
Had parking in my deal too.

Cons:

My bed wasn't made properly. The bottom sheet wasn't tucked in on one side and I ended up sleeping directly on the mattress. Which made my sleep uncomfortable and had to get up 3 times and try to tuck it in without waking the room mates.

The room walls were paper thin. Could hear the neighbouring family's conversation word for word. And they were not loudly speaking.
