Cockroach found in the room and inadequate response was done by the hotel stuff.

Cons:

Found a roach in the room upon entry at around 4 am. The staff of that time came up, searched for a bit and than said it's gone and left. He showed me the hotel was fully booked and transferring me to another branch was impossble. At that hour I had no option but to stay the night as i was exhausted by a long delay. Thankfully as i was changing the roach reappeared on the ground as i was able to kill it with my shoes.
The next day i told about the incident to another receptionist and asked for the room to be cleaned well. He offered another room but as it was the same structure i didn't bother carrying everything to another room, plus if there is one there could also be another one. By the way this doesn't mean the hotel is infested, there can be one and doesn't mean there will be others. That night I sleep at another place and next morning when I came to the room the stain of the dead bug was still there, after two staff member already knowing and my asking the room to be properly cleaned. At that point I decide to leave the room as it's one thing to find an accidental bug but another that the stain is still there after two cleanings.
The hotel management contacted me afterwards and I believe their sincerity, yet it was all nice words without any offer for a refund for the night I couldn't anymore stay.
What could have been a very nice hotel is unfortunately an example of carelessness by the staff. When you ask for the room to be cleaned, to two of your receptionists and the stain is still there, to me it means there are deep hygene related issues.

On a positive note, their soaps are heaven.

Recomendable, pero atención a condiciones
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente.
El personal del hotel, amable.
La habitación, confortable.
El hotel, tranquilo.

Cons:

Me ofrecieron una mejora de categoría de habitación por 19 euros y a la hora de pagar fueron 50 euros de diferencia.
El personal de limpieza no retiró la basura de la habitación, sólo hizo la cama.

Il ne manque pas grand chose pour que cet hôtel soit bien
Pros:

La situation de l’hôtel et son calme

Cons:

La propreté, grosse tache sur le tissu de la chaise, le plastique de la barre de seuil de la salle de bain n’a pas été enlevé ( ça fait sale)
Le petit déjeuner est limité, pas d’orange pressée et juste une variété de pain, ni de salade de fruits frais

Comfortable stay in the centre of Barcelona
Pros:

Great location in central Barcelona (just off the Rambla) which meant everywhere we wanted to visit was in walking distance. The staff on the front desk were very helpful at check-in and also when we wanted to store our luggage at the hotel on our last day. There are free pastries and hot drinks available in the kitchen throughout the day. Our room was comfortable (if a little small) and the bathroom facilities clean and functional.

Alls ekki neitt.Við komu var mér úthlutað allt annarri gerð af herbergi heldur en mér var lofað i fyrstu en það var rúmgott herbergi með tvíbreiðu rúmi, fyrir mig og dóttur mína(sem er einstaklingur með einhverfu mjoʻg góð og ljúf of elskar að ferðast með mér.Það kom einhver mattleysislegur póstur örfaum dögum fyrir ferðina sem talað varum einhverja breytingu á herbergi og nefndar einhverja 2 kojur ,svifandi og óskýr mynd slitin úr samhengi við allt umhverfið og mér boðið að senda álit.En vegna álags við undirbúning varð ekkert úr að ég gerði það.Við komu borgaðu eg herbergið með visa óséð og fannst starfsmaður i móttöku eitthvað vandræðalegur.Þegar a herbergið er komið fengum við báðar áfall gluggalaus illa lyktandi illa upplyst kompa með myglu og fúkkalykt og syerkri megnri matarlykt a ganginum. Á laki neðri kojunnar var smeðjulegt handskrifað bref til að bjóða mig velkomna(rúmfötinn virtust hrein,eg eg vil segja eitthvað jákvætt)Gólfrými ekkert,kringlóttri druslulegri pullu troðuð milli rúms og mjórrar hilluraðar .skilrum við fótagafl kojunnar og þar fyrir innan wc a mjög litlum gólffleti(sæmilega hreinlegt þar inni)Þar sem eg gat ekki hugsað mer að setjast þarna niður(enginn stóll til þess)hvað þá leggjast til svefns fór ég niður og sagði minar farir ekki sléttar og for fram a utvegun a öðru hetbetgi sem ekki var til reiðu.Ég var buin að borga tæpar 6 hundruð evrur fyrir 2 nætur Þakrafðist eg aðstoðar við pöntun og flutning á annað hótel.Var met þa færður listi með 6 hótelnöfnum og átti ég sjalf að prófa að tala við alla .Eg heimtaði einnig nr. Booking com sem eg var látin fá ,ég harðneitaði og sagði að það væri þeirra að finna út úr þessu.Starfsmaður virtist eitthvað hafa hrærst til meðaumkunar og við naðum samskiptum sem voru nokkuð malefnaleg miðað við ömurlegar aðstæður.
