Tutto perfetto! Siamo stati purtroppo solo 3 notti ma ci siamo sentiti coccolati come non mai. Personale gentilissimo e competente ci ha molto aiutato nelle prenotazioni delle escursioni e giornate al mare. Cibo eccellente servito da personale meraviglioso. Terrazza con vista stupenda e camere molto pulite e arredate con gusto. Spero di tornarci molto presto. Grazie di tutto !!’nn
The property is located in a great place in close proximity to the beach, port and old town. It is humble, but well-maintained. The room was dated, but clean, big and comfortable. The communication was clear and friendly.
AC is really old, loud, and not so effective.
Food in the restaurant is not really delicious though it has good performance price/value.
If you leave hotel before 8 am, you will need to pay for the transfer 20 euros.
Plastic Sunbeds are often broken.

Posizione splendida, hotel sul mare nel centro di Lipari a due passi da Marina Corta. Staff disponibile e cordiale. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l'upgrade: allo stesso prezzo della camera standard ci hanno dato la camera con affaccio sul mare!
Posizione eccezionale. Struttura pulita e personale gentilissimo.
Servizi non all' altezza del prezzo. La colazione era "pigra" senza niente di speciale, brioche surgelate, niente servizio bar ma solo macchinette con 2 soli succhi, nessuna specialità siciliana. Inoltre la bellissima piattaforma sul mare aveva arredi dozzinali e i lettini di plastica bianca erano quasi tutti rotti tanto che il nostro telo si è strappato rimanendo impigliato in una fessurazione.

A gorgeous ocean front hotel situated in easy walking distance to the historical centre and adjacent to a popular beach. Definitely opt for a Seaview room as the views are wonderful. Our suite was large and comfortably furnished. An ample breakfast was served in the outside deck overlooking the ocean. A good quality and reasonably priced dinner is also available in this lovely deck. All the staff were delightful and a highlight of our stay. Also a shout out to the lovely Sea Shark crew in shop underneath the hotel, who hire out small boats.

Large tour groups staying, felt as though they were taking over the hotel.
La struttura gode del doppio beneficio della sua posizione: è affacciata direttamente sul mare e da essa si può accedere direttamente a una bella spiaggia; inoltre è vicinissima al centro della città di Lipari. C’è un ristorante dove pranzare e cenare scegliendo da menù a base di pesce fresco e con vista mare!!Accoglienza del personale al top, in un posto dove ci si sente come a casa!
